Best experience I have had with Bank of America! I started working with Joe and he did everything in his power to help me. Aurora had to step in and help as well, and let me tell you... I would not still have my accounts with them if it wasn't for her. Thank you all so much for stepping up and helping me when other branches couldn't I owe you both lunch.

Everyone was super polite and helped me resolve my issue quickly. Mateo and Aurora were very helpful!!

A big thank you to Joseph and branch manager Elizabeth for helping me in-person with a credit card auto payment issue. I was getting nowhere with the over-the-phone customer service team and Joseph called in on my behalf, got one of their customer service managers involved, and helped me get my issue looked at further and mostly resolved. Joseph was extremely kind and calming and professional and really went to bat for me. I would have posted this sooner but I temporarily misplaced his business card— thanks again! I recommend this branch and appreciated their level of customer service!

Chris was super helpful doing a commercial deposit! Even had a lady yelling at him for something out of his control. He did very well staying calm and talking her through her options despite how rude she was! Absolutely recommend this branch- they are all new staff and are all professional and great with customers!

Went here because I had read bad reviews about other BOA’s in the Denver area. Brandon helped me out and was awesome! Came in without an appointment and had lots of problems with my cards and updating my bank info online and he fixed everything for me! Great service and team there!

Went in on a Saturday needing some help and everyone was very helpful! Marco took the time to help us and explained all the different options, overall a great experience.

I went in without an appointment but Brandon was able to help me anyways, he was very helpful and nice, the branch manager even checked in to make sure everything was good. The building is very nice, but, wonderful customer service 😁

My company uses this bank, I've received very friendly customer service, but this branch also happens to be closed most of the time. I do appreciate their service while they're open though

Another bad review for this location, I went in due to dealing with fraud on my account which totally compromised it. While Mateo may be new, he did do his very best to solve my complex issues and managed to get me 90% of the way (The rest was a waiting game). The more serious issue is in their time management system, my 10am appointment didn't get seen until 10:30 and I had to get. Moved from Mateo to Marianne who was also incredible but had to stop seeing someone to see me??

Alex seemed like she was trying her best, but the super fake façade wasn't working. Either she hates dealing with the public, or she hates her job🤷‍♂

Employees are the only reason this isn't a 1 star, they get 5 stars specifically. Once I have access to my funds again I will be looking into other banks.

Took about 35 minutes to cash a check.
Nobody ahead of me for a teller.
Brian the banker twice told me somebody would help me then hid in somebody else's office because his was visible from the waiting area and he wasn't doing anything.

2 women who both claimed to be managers AND tellers (but not bankers) finally helped me when I got bored and started wandering around.
Not until then.

Then, to top it off she charged me $8 to cash the check, refused to give me any kind of receipt, then acted like I was the jerk for asking and getting frustrated when she refused.
I'm not convinced she didn't pocket the money.

2 stars only because I got most of my money

Made an appointment and still had to wait to get help. Someone who was there before me and did not have an appointment was helped first which is confusing to why I even have to make an appointment in the first place. When I was finally being helped, another bank staff came into the room I was being helped in to get assistance so the person helping me had to leave to help someone else. He left for a few minutes and came back. And this happened twice. Very unprofessional! My appointment was simple and shouldn’t have taken more than 10-15min without interruptions. Because of this, I was late to my next appointment at another bank. And in comparison, the appointment at another bank went perfectly, I didn’t have to wait, and I wasn’t interrupted multiple times during my appointment.
