Vaia Salon and Spa

I have gotten my hair cut here a few times before, and in March 2024 I came in to get both my bridal hair and makeup done for my wedding and I am SO glad I did! I worked with Kristyn for my hair, and Kelsey for my makeup, they made it so easy to schedule both the trial and day of appointments and for a very reasonable price. The quality of their work showed tremendously and led to an unforgettable night, and incredible pictures. I am very grateful for their service and would highly recommend anyone to Vaia Salon in Golden, CO for both bridal hair and makeup, and regular hair cuts!

Vaia has a great staff who are competent and friendly. I've been twice (for a cut and highlights) and had a great experience both times. In particular, I recommend the stylist Lynsay for her skill, passion, and affable personality.

I have a bit of a challenging work schedule. Agnes was wonderful about getting me in for a full highlight, toner, and cut within a week’s notice. She didn’t mind if I worked on my laptop during my visit. I know, workaholic here, but just want to say how lovely my hair turned out after I’d neglected it for a while, how friendly Agnes and her staff were, and how much of a pro she truly is. I mean, check out the layers and the dimension! Exactly what I asked for. Appreciated the entire experience. Thank you!

(Edited) After not being super pleased with my first cut at Vaia, Agnes called me and asked me if I would be comfortable coming back for her to fix it. I did, and she was *wonderful.* She made time for me in a busy schedule, took time to listen, made sure she understood what I was looking for and made suggestions based on my hair type. Leaving a second time with a fabulous cut, and will be coming back again!

I recently relocated and getting an appointment was easy online. Kelsey has now both cut and colored (partial highlights) my hair and the results have been fantastic. She's super friendly, clearly knows what she's doing and is a great listener. The service and results are equal if not better than my previous out-of-state salon (which I loved) and at lower prices (always a plus). Definitely recommend!

Went here for the first time today and I am so happy I found this salon! Agnes did an amazing job with my root touch up, highlights and cut. It's the best cut and color I have received in a long time! The location is so convenient as well right in downtown Golden. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Vaia Salon and Spa is my new favorite salon. Vickie did a wonderful job cutting my hair a few months ago, and I came back to get some color from Lauren a few weeks later. I hadn't had my hair colored in years, and Lauren was able to give me the perfect sun-kissed look I wanted. I will definitely be coming back for all my haircare needs!

Being from Massachusetts I was unfamiliar on where to go for an updo for my sons wedding. Viki was absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic job. I got many compliments and it held perfect through the entire day. Would recommend this salon to anybody who may need a beautiful wedding style while near Golden.

Nessa was awesome! She has such a passion for what she does and really took the time to listen to my requests and concerns. My hair turned out exactly how I dreamed of! I highly recommend for anyone who wants some color!

Vickie is fantastic! She cuts an amazing lob and gave me a perfect updo when I really didn't know what I was looking for. I haven't really had a consistent hair stylist before, but I have found my person. Thank you!

Francesca is so talented. She was so detailed in her balayage technique. The haircut was wonderful and her styling so on trend. I can’t recommend her enough.

Desperately need a haircut, Vaia salon was able to squeeze me right in! Not only for a haircut, but highlights and a splash of purple color on my end. My stylist, owner Agnes Wsol, went above and beyond to meet my needs. Having curly, thick hair, dark brown hair, I know my hair isn't easy to deal with, but she did wonders. She left my hair easier to manage and perfectly highlighted. The salon products are high quality left hair smooth even a day after. I highly recommend this place. Im newer to the area and was looking for a new stylist. I worked with Vickie today and could not have been happier! She absolutely nailed the color and cut I was looking for and was so nice on top of it. I will definitely be returning!

First visit to this salon today and was set up with Ashley. She was very thorough and professional in her consultation. My haircut and style turned out fantastic and I've received compliments already! Atmosphere is relaxing and staff was helpful with parking questions. I will definitely be back!

I wanted to get my facial done while vacationing in beautiful Golden, Colorado. I came across Vaia Salon and wanted to give them a try. I had my Anti-Aging facial done by Chelsea using products by Eminence (fantastic products). From the moment I walked in I felt special and Chelsea made sure I received exactly what I was looking for: perfect relaxation while making my skin feel rejuvenated and glowing. I will definitely visit Vaia Salon when in the Denver area again as it's hard to find this kind of service and quality experience.

I am new to Golden and went to Vaia Salon, all the staff is friendly and such a cute salon. My hair had been damaged from bleaching and I had let the roots grow out. Vickie took amazing care of me! She was able to save the length of my hair and did an amazing job with the color and haircut. She did a beautiful job of blending with my natural hair color and blonde. She's a fantastic professional hairdresser and listens to what you are wanting. She nailed it on the color and cut. I couldn't be more happier. Thrilled I found my new stylist and salon!

I thought it couldn't be done without hedge clippers, but Agnes seemed unfazed. She promptly rolled up her sleeves, got to snipping, and was able to tame my mulleted rats-nest until it resembled a presentable haircut for next week's wedding. I went from Captain Jack Sparrow to Harry Styles in under 30 min. Thanks, Agnes!

Several weeks ago, I visited Ashley for a haircut. It had been many years since I had gone to an actual salon, as I was apprehensive about letting someone else cut my hair. However, Ashley was incredibly patient as I rambled on about my hair and what I wanted. She skillfully managed to cut my long, unruly curls and give me the look I desired. Thanks to her, I was able to regain my trust in salon visits, and I left feeling very satisfied. I am so pleased with the results that I am willing to fly across the state to see her again in a few months.

Absolutely amazing!! I had Agnes cut and color my hair, and Whoa is she talented!!! My hair looks fabulous, and I get so many compliments. She lightened up my brunette hair for summertime, and made it look so natural (I had requested). The best coloring I’ve ever had. Everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming, and this is my new go to salon!

My baby boy is 9 months and had his first haircut today with Ashley. She was amazing with him, very patient and efficient and listened to exactly what I had in mind for him. So happy with the end result, which is not easy with a wiggly baby! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
