I love this shop!!! I stopped in to get some hunting gear before this years hunt and was greeted by the owner Erik. He is a wealth of information and got me hooked up with everything I needed for my hunt. I been in most every hunting and flyfishing shop on the front range and love the vibe and feel when you walk in this shop, not to mention it’s a shop with a cause! I like that they put their money where there heart is and give back to support the sports we all love. I will definitely be back in to stock up on fishing supplies in the near future!!

New to the sport and this visiting every shop I can find. Finding one that backs up their Love of the sport with 11% OF THEIR PROCEEDS TOWARDS CONSERVATION is refreshing. Went in today to grab some tippet and leaders and ended up fishing with one of the owners that afternoon. While there Eric patiently explained different facets of the gear, giving advice while simultaneously showing his passion for the sport. It was just a great atmosphere with quality gear. I definitely found my regular shop. I highly suggest you take a look.

I just got my first fly rod about a week ago, and I came in looking for flies. Ryan was great and helped show me which ones were popular at this point of the year. Being a beginner, I had some questions and Ryan was more than willing to share his knowledge with me, he even showed me some of his favorite fishing spots! They even donate a piece of your purchase to conservation projects to keep Colorado's habitat healthy. That's why you shop here, because these people genuinely care about what they're selling and who they're selling to, and that's something you wont find at the box stores

This is the shop we all need. While I have frequented a number of fly fishing shops before now, this is the only one that is up front about their involvement in the conservation community, giving 11% of all sales to organizations that support conservation. Service and selection are superb, with a comfortable, relaxed vibe. Now looking for excuses to get back there- surely there's something I need!

We're thrilled to have B&B in our community. Great focus on conservation, great prices and all of that. But most important, they're fisherman. They get out and share experiences, they keep their reports up to date, they're helpful in the shop - and they remember you when you walk in. Highly recommend.

I am a local in the area and stopped in to check out this new shop. The attention to detail in this place is awesome! Its the best looking shop I've been in. This place has the perfect vibe for a fishing/hunting outfitter. Knowing that 11% of every dollar I spend there goes directly to a conservation project that I can follow is AWESOME! Stopped by here to buy my first fly rod as I'm only just starting to get into the sport. They had a great deal on a starter kit and Ryan was super friendly and knowledgeable. I live in Evergreen and I'm excited to have this shop in town!

Ordered a umpqua chest pack online for pick up then decided later on I wanted to have it shipped. Quick and easy process! It was at my house the next day! Very happy with the product and the price was unbeatable!

These guys are great! I love that a shop puts there money were their mouth is and gives back to the community. 11% of all sales go to a nonprofit. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, take amazing photographs and have a good selection of product for their size of the shop. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the area.

Stopped by Basin & Bend on Friday to check out the new fly fishing shop in town. I am new to fly fishing so I inquired with Ryan and he took his time and to educate me about how to know which fly to use when fishing as well as some other tricks of the trade that will be very helpful. If you are in the area I highly encourage you to stop by. I will definitely be back to visit with Ryan and get some more gear.

This isn't just a shop. It's a family. At Basin and Bend they are so welcoming to everyone from all different backgrounds. Not only do they sell amazing products but they teach, they teach those like me who have no background of fly fishing and are so helpful. Along with teaching they are very involved in Evergreen and it means a lot to those of us who are locals.

Ryan is an awesome guy, has loads of knowledge, I'm new to the sport and he gave me solid unbiased advice, he didn't try to sell me anything and didn't mind helping me figure out what Ive been doing wrong. The 11% they donate to conservation from every purchase is an added bonus. Definitely recommend this shop
