I would give 7 stars if possible! Brad was outstanding from the first handshake and phone call. I cannot more thankfully describe my interactions with him (and Christian) during all their help with purchasing my first home. He was so knowledgeable and kind, and listened to what I wanted in the property and the range I was comfortable with overall. Brad put so many of my worries to rest and explained each part of the intimidating process to make sure I understood what was going on the whole time. A true hero that helped me find my dream spot, I will forever be grateful for his expertise and efforts and cannot more highly recommend the team at Green Door Living Real Estate.

We are first time homebuyers, Brad and Terri were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Brad was always very thorough when we walked through homes and would often check appliances and features as if it was his own home that he was buying. We never felt rushed or pressured when making a decision. Brad gave his honest opinion about the quality of the houses we were looking at and made sure that we were making the smart decision. We worked with another realtor when we first started looking for a house in the Denver area. Because of the crazy market and the multiple bids on each home, our first realtor didn't work out because he wasn't very good at the offer stage. When we met Brad, we were frustrated that none of our offers were accepted by the buyers, even if we had the highest bid. Brad was outstanding. The first weekend we worked with him, we fell in love with a house in west city park area. There were a total of nine offers on the house, but because of Brad's brilliance and expertise at the negotiation/offer stage, which is really what matters most, our offer was accepted by the buyers. We are so happy in our new home, and highly recommend Brad to anyone looking at buying here in Denver. Although the market is crazy, finding a home is worth it!
