We hired Jenny and her team to sell our home after interviewing four agents. It was clear that no one knew the West Highlands neighborhood better than Jenny! When it came time to prepare our home for the market, Jenny was very helpful in providing suggestions of what we could do to best stage our home, and even suggested contractors who were available to help us with a few small projects. But where Jenny’s skill and experience really came through was when our home hit the market. She effectively listed and our home and did three open houses over a holiday weekend. This got lots of people into our home, and resulted in a great offer. The only challenge with the offer was that the buyer wanted to close very quickly in only two weeks! Jenny effectively helped us navigate this challenge as well, not only getting us through inspection, but anticipating potential sticking points and coming up with ways to move past them and get us to closing, on time, on budget, and with our santity still entact!!! While the past few weeks have been a whirlwind, Jenny and her team helped us pull it off in the best way possible.
