Love this gym, great classes that aren’t too big. Instructors have modifications if needed and will correct your form throughout class.

An inclusive community of hard-working, motivated people! I appreciate the combination of cardio, strength, and yoga, and I feel stronger after one month of classes. The coaches are great and offer helpful pointers on form & technique throughout class, which I think is super valuable. Have loved my classes with Sarah, Hali, Krysta, and Rachel! Looking forward to more growth with this awesome group.

I’ve been attending classes here for about 12 months and I love this gym. The people who teach are great, the classes are tough, and the booking and scheduling is easy and flexible. Would highly recommend!

Wow - I’ve never been to a gym like this before. All the instructors are upbeat, encouraging and positive. The group workouts change every day, and my shirt is a different color every time I leave. Plus great tunes. They keep the place immaculately clean, too. Been going here since I moved to the neighborhood a couple of months ago and so glad it’s here!!

Great gym. Loved that they spend time stretching/warming up before and after, more time than other gyms in a good way. Everyone is friendly and instructor I had this morning, Hali, was awesome!
