We have taken several trips with Holy Land Travel and all of them have been amazing. All you have to do is show up at the airport and everything else is done for you!!! Stress free vacation!!! We were really looking forward to going on a trip Lourdes next summer but we thought the vacation was going to be in late May but it's in April. Very sad !!! We had been saving for this trip for awhile but disappointed that we won't be going!!!!!!!

After reviewing other travel agencies and their responses to travelers affected by COVID I was pleasantly surprised to receive our total refund today! Best one to use. Going to plan our next pilgrimage with HLTC! Lee and Art Smith

Holy Land Travel Center is great. We went on 3 pilgrimages before Covid19 and they were amazing trips. God bless you all.

This was my first time traveling through this travel center. And the trip/tour was coordinated through our church. With that said, there were both good and not so good things overall.

Pre-trip things felt a bit weird. There wasn't a lot of information passed on, other than payment reminders/invoices. But information regarding the trip itself (flights, itinerary, schedule of events, locations, etc.) became available to us a week prior to the trip, after several requests. This was a bit frustrating for me. The trip was to another country. And passing on information this late, makes a bit difficult to research locations, verify flight information, etc.

As it turned out, we had some issues with our flights. They didn't book our family together, and they also booked some of my family members with the wrong last names. This of course made things a bit difficult with the airlines and hotels.

But, once we arrived in country, things were really good for the most part.

The tour guides and bus driver were amazing! They were very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and took care of use really well the entire trip.

The one complain I have, while in country, was that one of the hotels they booked us on was not very good at all. Many of us in the trip had issues with the rooms. For example, the water lines broke in one and flooded their room. Some of us, didn't have water in our rooms. Thankfully, we only stayed there one night.

But overall, the trip was very enjoyable, and we got to experience some amazing places and events.

Went to the holy land via the Holy land Travel Agency. The fight to and from the holy land was brutal. (OVER 30 HOURS EACH WAY) The hotel in Bethlehem was not even 3 star. But the food was good. We were constantly asked for tips and donations in only US dollars. Lastly, because the agency booked our travel in groups of 5 persons, we could not change or upgrade anything. Lastly, calls to the agency were never returned. Calls to the parishes agency coordinator were never returned.

We will return to the holy land but never with this Holy land travel agency.

NEVER BOOK YOUR TRAVEL WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY'LL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY W/O JUSTIFICATION. BOOKED AND CANCELLED MY TRIP WAY BEFORE THE TRIP'S SCHEDULE (8 MONTHS BEFORE TRIP) DUE TO COVID 19 AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY FULL DEPOSIT. THEY COULD NOT EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH EVIDENCE THAT THEY SUFFERED ANY DAMAGES DUE TO MY CANCELLING THE TRIP. MY WIFE AND I ARE IN OUR SEVENTIES AND DEPENDING SOLELY ON OUR FIXED INCOME. WHAT A SHAME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.
