This past year I've been able to find weighted blankets ..a tent..and a fun dart board all at reasonable prices. Good customer service.

My partner and his mother has gone to this big 5 Quite often over the past few years. They greatly appreciate the good prices and the quality of the products? There hss been a few pairs of shoes bought, and they've been satisfied with the purchases. Located in a good location, with great prices, I would recommend this lace to others I am happy with the customer service it is outstanding.They care about their customers and the well-being of their wants and their needs of fitting for shoes and other needs of sportings goods. I bought a pair of flashing light shoes for my great grandson. There wasn't much choice, but he loved the "Paw Patrol" pair I got him.

It's a sporting goods store. It's usually empty. I think I was the only customer in the store, so that was kinda nice, and they have the best prices on shoes. I mean twenty five bucks for a pair of brand name running shoes, you just can't beat that.

I love Big5 they usually have great deals, promotions and prices😀 We are able to get all the shoes the kids could use for sports to casual.

I went to buy sneakers that like from there. I was told by the other store, that the San Mateo store had them. They did not. So I was talking with the store manager, I believe April. She was very, very helpful in finding me 2 pairs of Denali's. She ordered them from a different state. I am happy, and she was great

The staff was friendly and quickly point d me in the direction that I needed. In case anyone needs to know, they do sell pepper spray and stun guns here. The associate shared knowledge of the merchandise so I could make the best decision. The layout is nice and easy to navigate. They even have some really nice insulated gloves for $20 which is great with the winter season creeping up on us.

Two stories of sporting action. Good customer service and fair pricing.

I placed an online pick up order. They had issues pulling up the order but live out of town and showed up. I called and they tried getting my order but were unsuccessful. The manager came and brought my product to my car because I had my babies. I had to pay again but the first order was canceled quickly. She took my card and paid with it inside so I didn't have to bring the babies inside. Excellent customer service. Wish I knew her name.

Even though this is their busiest location, they do a good job of keeping products stocked. The employees are always very friendly and eager to help. They also do a good job of keeping the store clean, which is nice because it's a big 2 story building. That big size also keeps it from feeling cluttered so you can find what you're looking for easily. I definitely recommend this location!

Bought a solar powered back up battery charger for my phone. The charger was in stock and on sale. The cashier was a great employee. Funny, fast, smart and a really beautiful young lady.

They have something for almost every sport imaginable. Exceptionally helpful employees made shopping easier for my disabled husband and myself.

Went in to find some comfy shoes for my new job as seasonal UPS driver helper. Found a pair of Goodyear (yes, like the tires. Who knew?) for a great price. The employee that helped me with sizing found my size quickly and courteously. Checkout was also quick. Good selection and great prices!

Bought a basketball and pump for an 11 year old just beginning to learn the game. They had everything at the register ready to go after my advance call. Minimized my time inside. An excellent customer service experience.
