High Road Gym

Lots of different grips, good energy, good vibe, reasonable price. The gym system makes you feel like you own this gym when you work out but with a few other motivated people around. Imo a gym should not be so luxurious and fancy. That’s what workout is. I really like how many different grips the gym has. I don’t use all of them, but I like them.

If you are looking for somewhere for weight training look no further. My wife and I have going here every week for a year. Dave takes care of any equipment breaking before the next time I come in. He also offers group workout classes but will tailor a program for each individual.

Awesome gym without all of the commercial annoyance of the big name gyms. Reasonably priced, well equipped, and very convenient.

What an awesome gym. First time there and I got a great pump. Owner put on some awesome music and I already want to go back for another workout. Has everything you need, highly recommend.Had the feel of a Golds Gym where down to earth people get strong and fit.

Been a member now month or two, and go almost everyday. They are one of my favorite gyms i have been a member of. Dave runs a tight ship over off Wadsworth and will highly reccomend for those looking for a steady gym, with all the equipment they need, and knowledgable/kind folks here. Nothing but quality here.

I was in the Denver area for a few days and needed a solid gym to work-out at. High Road Gym was and is perfect! It had all of the weights/equipment that I needed.

I will definitely train there any time I'm back in Denver.

Best gym ever. Lots of free weights great equipment even better community. 24 hours it's like your own personal gym. The owner David is really cool and nice too, Jersey is really friendly too. Feels more like a family community. You can also connect your phone to the speakers and play your music. Punching bags are a huge Plus too and it's almost never crowded which is the best part. Also if you like to just work out do your thing without anyone bothering you its perfect. Really laid back. Recommend for anyone looking for a gym without crowds.

We visited the gym on vacation and it was great! had everything we needed to have a great workout. Members were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone visiting. It was also super easy to buy a guest pass online, do the waiver and get a code to get in. We really enjoyed it!

High Road has a great atmosphere. It's never too crowded and the people that exercise there regularly have gym etiquette that doesn't exist at most other gyms. Owner is a friendly guy that is present and interactive with members, I recommend this gym for people looking to escape the bureaucratic world of large chain exercise complexes.

Best GD gym around! Everything you need for bodybuilding, powerliftng, or general fitness. There's even heavy, kick, and speed bags for you to use between sets. Awesome community of which Dave (the owner) is no small part. He also does individual or group training sessions if that's your jam.

Dave and Amy are the best! I have come to this gym on and off for close to 10 years. Always a solid group of people and a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere. You simply cannot beat the price for 24/ access. Keep up the great work guys!

I've been a member here for over 3 years. This a great gym for lifters. There is some cardio equipment (only one treadmill) but it really shines in free weights and power racks. The owner, Dave, will talk your ear off and also lead group workout classes throuout the week. Unlike many gyms, I've never felt judged or been treated rudely. Members run the gauntlet of lifting experience from beginner to seasoned gym rat. I rarely wait for equipment and members are always polite and responsive if I ask to work in. 24 hour access for $19 a month. $39 includes unlimited guided group workouts. Personal training offered as well. This is a great lifting gym with a solid community behind it.

Just getting started here, but Dave the owner fixed my squat form my very first morning. Great equipment selection, and everyone there so far has made me feel really welcome (as a complete gym newbie).

2018 Update - join this gym. It's great - and way better than the big boxes.

Has pretty much everything you need. Dumbbells go up to 120. Have a smith machine and power rack. Only thing it's missing is a combination plate loaded hack squat/leg press. Gets congested at times. It is a small gym packed with equipment.
