My family and I have been customers for quite some time. I would recommend this office. Customer Service is exceptional. Every time I have spoken with Raquel, Yolanda or Elva they help me with my questions. Good rates as we have insured our vehicles and home.

We switched to State Farm a while back and we have not had one problem with Vance or anyone at this State Farm location. Connie has been a rockstar and answers all our questions when we have them. Connie's customer service is superb. I was considering changing insurance companies and Connie helped me work through my options. She never put pressure on me to stay with State Farm, just expressed that she hoped SF would be able to retain me. She pointed out what SF had to offer and helped me find discounts that I previously didn't have. One of the main reasons I ended up staying was her high quality customer service. I like giving companies that have people like Connie my business.
