Dr Lamb never ceases to impress me in her ability to skilfully support, challenge me, and play an important factor in my continued personal growth, healing, and just getting the most out of life. I spend a lot of time in reflection and know myself well, Dr Lamb has taught me how to improve and deepen that connection with self more than I anticipated being possible. She has taught me about inner family systems, ways to support myself being an HSP, meditation techniques, learning how to differentiate my emotions as opposed to those I pick up empathically, the list goes on and on. All the while nothing is too far outside the realm of what society might call "normal" for Dr Lamb to support me in (e.g. Having visions, feeling presence of spirits)

The compassion and understanding that she brings into her practice is bar none and something I'm constantly in awe of, a much appreciated aspect of a counselor as being a HSP myself.

When I began working with Dr Lamb, intent was just to do so temporarily but after a little over a year working with her its hard to imagine stopping. She's like a close friend, loving parent, spiritual guide, healer, and counselor all rolled into a single beautiful package. While I've been in and out of therapy of sorts a large portion of life, I never anticipated it even possible to find a counselor that could support me as much as Dr Lamb has been able to

Dr. Lamb is incredibly intuitive, kind, and practical. I saw her for EMDR therapy to recover from a trauma and the positive impact was noticeable after the first session. She was also able to offer very holistic treatments that helped me heal physically and emotionally. She is a very talented therapist and healer. I highly recommend her.
