Very nice ladies at the front. Visited their shop and found exactly what I needed at a great price. Lots of selection and very nicely organized.
I checked the camping world website and it said the item I needed was not at any store near me so I called to verify and they did have it there. Would recommend calling first and not trusting the website.

Their service department was as quick, thorough and communicative as possible. They were obviously held up by the manufacturer of our RV on parts, but diligently stayed on top of them to get updates on estimated times of arrival. Highly recommended!!

Upon arriving from FL - CO my TRUMA furnace wasn’t going on, blower was but no heat. Being stranded on I-70 my RV was 41 degrees inside and 21 degrees outside w several feet of non stopping snow and high winds. I had called another Camping World location (closer especially w driving conditions) left 2 messages, and no returned calls.

Fortunately I found Camping World in Wheat Ridge. JOSH (thank you, it was my mistake w the TRUMA setting, and not making me feel stupid as I already did!)

Andrew and Morgan could not have been more assisting, professional and quickly assisted my issue ~ human error and not parts !! Josh reviewed my incompetence with my system w patience, unlike Compass One who I purchased my RV with a very limited walkthrough. While in CO if I need and further assistance this will be the only Camping World I trust. Thank you for keeping me warm ~ especially since I was stranded on I-70 for 2 days. Customer service seems to be lacking with most businesses ~ not here. Friendly, professional and a pleasure doing business with the entire staff. Thank you all again, it was a sincere pleasure.

Worked with Russ in service. He and the warranty department worked hard to get items repaired and parts ordered in an expedited manner. Russ phoned frequently letting us know the status of the repairs. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.

I had some of the best customer service I’ve ever had today!
Showed up with multiple issues and broke parts on my camper. Needed to replace my cabover roof vent crank and a friendly gentleman named Klint went out of his way to help me figure out how to install the part (literally climbed through my camper to the roof) and later came to find out he is the general manager. Always love when managers aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and help in areas when needed! Thank you again!
At the desk Roy and Morgan (and another female I missed her name) helped me over and over with parts I needed. Went out to my truck/camper multiple times to help me take measurements to ensure we ordered the correct parts. Y’all are awesome!
I feel so grateful to have met an awesome team that showed so much support for eachother! Could really feel a positive team vibe which I think is becoming more rare nowadays.
Living in the mountains majority of my friends have campers and toy haulers and I will definitely be referring them here!

Service writer Myles has been excellent, polite, helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. However, the service personnel did cause two minor damages to our trailer (one they are fixing and one which I fixed).

We recently traded in our old pop up trailer and upgraded to an entry level toy hauler travel trailer. Working with Gander RV and Andre Gates was the smoothest transaction! About a month ago my wife and I were in the market for a RV. We had made a stop before going to Gander and had an idea of what were looking for. We spoke with Troy and told him what our needs were and our budget and did he deliver! During our tour Troy answered all our questions and showed us exactly what we were looking for without ever once trying to push us in any type of direction. He never acted like a salesman trying to make a deal but like a friend lookin at rvs with me. At the end of the day, what made Troy really stand out was the effort he made after the sale was all done. A month has gone by and he still checks in to see if we're happy and how we're doing. Top shelf service.

Khsarah Weber was our sales associate with the purchase of a 0verhead camper for our pickup truck, she was very professional and talked highly of the company, she took her time was very patient and explained in detail sometimes twice but never made us feel rushed to make a quick descision which I really appreciate and is one of the reasons we actually purchased from you. Great selection of RVs on the lot, and everything you need to be ready to make your RVing adventure possible in the supply store. No high pressure sales by the friendly salesman Bob, he took all the time we wanted. Took us back and forth as we decided which RV we wanted. Loving the RV every day.

Stopped in the other day & Troy helped me. Super knowledgeable & narrowed it down to the right unit. I was going to wait a year but now I think I’m going to be purchasing from Gander RV sooner then expected. I highly recommend coming in & speaking with Troy & having him find you the right unit. This is probably one of the most organized & super clean places I have stopped.

I've read about their amazing team in sales, but I can only speak to the service side. Jake was awesome to work with and got us in fast, we bought a brand new trailer in Colorado Springs. 4 days later after our camping trip, the black tank dump valve handle fell off and we could not dump our tank. Called the Camping world in Colorado springs and they told me they couldn't get us in until late September. But after some calls, this location was more than happy to help us out with our stinky situation and got it done same day! Technically an easy fix, but I feel for the tech that had to figure that one out. I appreciate that so much. Great team at this location and I will no longer even consider using the Colorado Springs location for anything service related or sales related. This is the new place and hopefully it's always this great of an experience. Keep it up everyone!

TLDR: After a process with the service department Gander did the right thing and resolved my issue in a professional, satisfactory manner. Mistakes happen, and they ultimately made it right.

My mother (who is a senior citizen) dropped off her 13' Scamp trailer because the heater intermittently fired and would not keep the trailer warm. She was working with Dennis in the service department and he quoted her $200 to take out the heater unit clean it. She asked if this would fix the problem, she was informed that he didn't know if it would fix the problem, but figured it couldn't hurt. When we received the call that the heater had been fixed I went to pick it up for my mother and got a bill totaling $317.44. When the trailer was brought out I immediately turned the heater on to find out that nothing had been fixed and the heater was functioning exactly at it had been when we dropped it off. After looking over the bill in more detail I realized that we paid for two separate services. One was $75 for a diagnostic (half the shop rate of $150 an hour) with $8 for PPE and $45 for "shop supplies"(see attached photos). The second service was for the cleaning in which we paid $168 for labor to clean the furnace, $8 for gaskets, and again, $15 for "shop supplies". $317.44. When I called Dennis to ask about the bill and see what we should do moving forward, he dismissed my concerns about the bill and informed me that he would call me after the had a correct diagnosis without answering any of my questions. When I went to pick up the camper I thought it best that we part ways given the breakdown in communication. When I addressed these concerns with a manager I received a $58.65 discount and was told that the repetitive billing for the $60 in "shop supplies" was an oversight. After posting this review and emailing the link in the comment below, I was connected with Trisha who help to resolve the situation in a mutually satisfying manner. I appreciate the willingness of the employees to see our side of the situation and to take concrete steps to correct it.

I found the help I rec'd at Gander to be compassionate and professional after I damaged my Aliner pop-up camper while fleeing the East Troublesome wildfire in Grand County. I requested some additional work to be done since it was in the repair shop for the damage. One of the parts was no longer available so they researched the problem and came up with a workable solution. It really pays to have experienced mechanics working on your problem. I also really appreciated Gina's kindness and service in getting my camper back on the road. Thanks to everybody!

I purchased my RV from a dealer out of state. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple issues, but have had at least the good luck of having them all be under warranty. It’s been a long and stressful process that been going on for months now, between evaluating issues, ordering parts, and other unforeseen issues. However, I wanted to be sure to take the time to commend one of your associates. Her name is Aliison, in your Parts Department. She went above and beyond to help me resolve some non-warranty issues when I was there for my finals service. She spent extra time researching alternative parts that could work for my RV that could be purchased and installed that day. This way, with winter coming fast, I wouldn’t have to return again. Beyond that, she took the time to advise and educated me on some preventative maintenance tips to help me maintain my RV. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism, and superior service. When I left that day, I was able to return to the mountains and enjoy my RV and sleep a very peaceful sleep.

Having associates who represent your business in such a positive way are gold in this world. Hang on to her. She’s a gem.
