After looking FOREVER for a place to take my daughters, I found the spot and the most amazing woman that finally got things right! Stephanie took her time, understood the situation, and walked me through everything that would be best. She was so patient with my 7 year old, who has had nightmares from previous salon visits at other places over the past few years. I have recommended her and the salon to several other friends since we were there a few weeks ago. I have so much peace knowing we can stop looking!

I am so glad that I found Alicia. I have Lupus so it has been difficult trying to properly care for my hair but Alicia is knowledgeable and has been helping me better understand what my hair needs. She is very welcoming and offers helpful life advice. I'm looking forward to seeing her again!

I love this salon! Alicia and Stephanie are hilarious, knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to be around. I've been coming to these ladies regularly for a year for perms, trims and conditioning treatments. My hair has never been as long or as healthy as it has been since I entrused my hair to them.

This salon is excellent! The staff is kind, knowledgable, and PROFESSIONAL! My mother, sister, and I have had a couple appointments here, and the service is exceptional! We have neither been disappointed nor dissatisfied with the stylists and their work. Because I am a Muslimah, my preference to not have my hair shown in public (mainly to men I am not immediately related to) is always honored and accommodated! During my last visit to Body and Soul, I got my hair washed, protein treated, colored, trimmed, and styled - an experience under $250 and I walked out feeling like a pampered Queen! Before my color, Ms Stephanie sat down with me to really educate me when it comes to hair dye. This allowed me to make a well-informed decision on how I considered proceeding, I believe this allowed me to choose what is healthiest for my hair! I am very grateful for this particular sister to sister conversation! Who knows, two weeks or a month later my hair could’ve been falling out, extremely dry, the bright violet I desired would’ve been faded to an ugly blond and my curly tresses would’ve turned to strands like over-chewed bubble gum! <— If you don’t want an experience such as the latter, make your appointment with Body and Soul Salon and Day Spa TODAY!
