Ruth Knight is great! She listens to my concerns carefully before making decisions.
The lab worker took my blood work. I did not even feel a needle going in. Really appreciate that!
The only thing, the front office did not answer my question “about my insurance being accepted at your clinic and told me to talk to my insurance to find that info. When I called my insurance, They said that this info should be provided by the doctor office. The agent at the insurance dialed stride clinic and asked this question on the phone with me on the line.

I've been very going to Stride CHC Arvada for about 7 months now. Dr Elizabeth Sabella is my PCP. She has provided me with excellent care. Her nurse Nancy that gives me my B-12 shots with her pain free touch. Mark Davidson has always been friendly and helpful with keeping me aware of support programs available to meet my needs. I would recommend them all for your personal medical care. Thanks!

My name is Andrea and I have been with Stride (MCPN ) for over 6 years and I love it. I’m not a very good person to get along with but my Dr. Kimberly Dufraux and her asst Stephanie are awesome. My last visit I had a scare thinking my cancer had returned and I was so upset but those 2made sure I left feeling so much better. People ask why I travel to Arvada from Aurora to seek medical care when I have a clinic right up the street from me. I would follow Kim wherever in this State to get the care I receive from her and her MA Stephanie. Koodles to Stride

Great clinic ! Staff is courteous and efficient. Nurse Practictioners are fabulous and in my opinion every bit as well qualified as any doctor.
I would particularly like to acknowledge my caregiver, KImberly Dufraux as a well qualified, dedicated and compassionate nurse. I have been seeing her for years and feel extremely lucky to have her as my Doctor. She takes good care of me. I love this Stride Clinic.

I was actually excited about going to the doc after all the years I had not been!! STRIDE CLINIC ARVADA did not disappoint, I was greeted by friendly helpful staff (twice now) and did not wait long at all to see my new nurse practitioner Liz. She was awesome and I liked her right away and told her she was my new best friend!! I will follow doctors/nurses orders and had my follow up visit scheduled before I left!! Very efficient and got a blood test result back instantly !! STRIDE CLINIC ARVADA is my new spot for health care in 2020!!

I had a very good experience at STRIDE! I live in the mountains and so my first visit i was like 12 minutes late. Well the policy there is if you are more than ten minutes late you have to reschedule your appointment for another day. Well when I got there I was informed of this whenever I gotten there. So I said to the receptionist that I live in the mountains. That's why I am late! Luckily the receptionist understood and intern she able to get me in that day. So I was still able to be seen anyway. I thought that was very nice of her.

100% amazing. The staff were all very warm, kind and seemed truly committed to helping my son get better. For the first time in a long time we felt as if he had been heard, and that we had a team to help us find solutions to his chronic issues. He is feeling better and on his way to specialists for his skin, lungs & allergies, after just one preliminary. No more road blocks thanks to aArvada Strive !!!

It is well worth the drive from Ft Collins to Arvada when I need to see a doctor. Kimberly Defraux is the best! Easy to talk to about anything, she’s understanding, caring and knowledgeable. She makes you feel like you matter, unlike some who make you feel like you are there just for your money and/or insurance.
She tops any doctor I’ve seen in Ft Collins...just saying.

Got me into imaging for concerns about coordination challenges due to history of neonatal stroke with birth defects. After 26 years of being told a partial turth. I finally know the whole story & it was thanks to my gp.

I've been a client of Stride Dr. Ruth Knight for 10 years. I just love her, she has helped me so much. I am disabled and have a lot of health issues. Ruth takes the time to explain and come up with a treatment plans to treat my on going problems I don't know what I'd do without her.

The MA was efficient and pleasant. I was asked if I wanted a flu shot and asked me if I had any questions. NP was also efficient and asked me if I wanted a flu shot. NP looked at my swollen ankle and asked me to push against her hand. Asked me what my pain level was. Offered to wrap it and gave me a prescription for a ankle compression - like sock and 10 tabs of Vicodin. I told her I didn't want to get addicted. She assured me I would be okay. The only thing I didn't get was a note for my boss.

I have been with MCPN (now Stride) for many years and highly recommend them. Staff and Nurses are friendly and competent, and my Dr. (Kim) has done an excellent job. Combine intelligence, and compassion with highly skilled and you have Kim. I have seen the others on occasion and they seem as committed. .

Rachel is AMAZING!!!! I've been sick for more then 40 days in last 3 months!!!! Finally found someone who cares enough to figure out why. Nextcare told me 3x just stay home and never diagnosis of why I keep getting sick. RACHEL was very concerned and not giving up on me without diagnosis. 1st visit to secure new PCP and I found her!!! Testing on way... Definitely reassured that I will have diagnosis and safe, comfortable, compassionate care for years to come!!! I recommend this facility to everyone. BEST PHLEBOTOMIST EVER JENNY AS WELL AT THIS OFFICE!!!! NO PAIN!!! NO BRUISING!!!! I LOVE JENNY!!!!!

After a lengthy health matter, which had me nearly house bound, my oral health had been neglected for too many years and my self-esteem was extremely low. After being introduced to MCPN , almost from their first opening the doors for business. Dr Cho and his staff were a blessing. The care I received was second to none and they truly cared about my well being . Now I am a happier person, my over all health has improved greatly thanks to Dr Cho and his caring and professional staff .
