Agape Life Church

Kelly & I have been attending Agape for 1 year now. We both love our church family and look forward to every Sunday for the GOOD word,worship & fellowship. We also attend the back to basic Bible study, which has helped both of us on our walk with Jesus.

We’ve been attending Agape for about 4 years and have really enjoyed the “small town” atmosphere of the community- especially living in the city! Lots of great outreach events, opportunities to be involved, and small Sunday school classes for kids. It has been a special place for our family to grow over the years and if you’re from a small town and miss that- this is a great place for you! Some of the friendliest and most compassionate people ever.

Agape Life has been my church home for 30 years; I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Both of our kids grew up there and were involved in classes, retreats, outreaches and just about everything the church offers. I think what makes it unique is the love of the people and there willingness to always be ready to help those who are hurting and in need.

God has guided my children and I to Agape Life Church. I was curious never hearing the word agape before and looked up the meaning. Agape is defined as “the highest form of love, charity, and love of GOD for man and man for GOD.” How suiting! That is exactly the feel we have received from here. From the warm welcomes with each encounter, to the sermons from multiple voices, to the works provided by many volunteers, to the lessons my children share with me after class, and everything in between. My children and I look forward to waking up each Sunday to learn and grow through GOD’s will with such an amazing church family!

Agape Life Church has been a part of my life since I was a child. It is an amazingly friendly church with excellence, kids, ministry youth, ministry, adult ministry. Pastor Rich and Jan Houston are so amazing to follow in your relationship with Jesus. If you are looking for a church home, that has excellent worship amazing Bible-based teaching look no farther. I would recommend this church to any believer, looking for a nondenominational non-religious Jesus based church. I cannot say enough about the people that attend that make this church a family and not just a building to hold services in.

My family and I have been attending church here for about ten years now. The sermons come from a place of real faith and passion for Christ. The worship team exudes joy with their music. And the children's services are excellent. You can tell a lot of work goes into preparing them. Agape Life Church is a true blessing.

Love this church! I knew the first time I visited back in June 2018 that I was home. Amazing worship, solid Bible-based teaching...and the feeling that you're part of the family from the moment you walk in the door for the first time. That's what I experienced on my first visit and every time since then. My church family here at Agape Life has helped me through some difficult times these past few years and I am so thankful to be part of a church family that knows what it means to truly be the Church.

Agape Life Church is the best day of the week for my son and I !!
Our church family are not only easy to get along with they are there when the going gets tough! When I had covid they came through for us in an awesome way! They sent food and even helped us with a couple of small utility bills! Our Pastor's wife would encourage my son on the phone because he was the one caring for me. I could feel their prayers for me.
The praise and worship is awesome. They always play the perfect song that ministers to me. The Presence of The Lord is well with my soul during the whole service.
Pastor Rich's reference and love for The Lord is clear to see when he gives the message. Just about every Sunday I learn something about myself or get revelation knowledge from The Word that is an eye opener! You will definitely grow with your walk with GOD!

A few years back, we found ourselves without a church home. We were very nervous about trying to find a new church community. After a few weeks of just staying home, we ventured out. The first church that we visited was Agape Life. From the moment we entered, and were so warmly greeted, it felt like home!! Pastor Rich's messages are so relevant, and we glean a lot from his messages. The worship is wonderful. We found a loving church family in Agape, and are truly 'at home'!

The first time I walked into this church I felt the love that is there. I have walked into many churches over the years, but very seldom felt the love the first time . The people made me feel welcome and I fit right in. They will do their best to help in any situation. They are always ready with prayer, and advice. Pastors Rich and Jan are very good teachers who live what they teach

We have been attending Agape Life for many years now. We raised both of our kids at Agape Life and today they are strong practicing Christians both very active in their churches and raising their children to be strong Christians. The children and teen programs at Agape Life are very entertaining and filled with sound doctrine. We love the welcoming and accepting atmosphere of Agape Life and the friendships we have cultivated there. The messages are great and are delivered with lots of stories and humor and they also help me to grow in my faith. I would encourage you to come visit.

What a great church. We were welcomed with loving arms the moment we walked through the doors. We have a big family, so knowing that my four boys needs were meet was the biggest blessing. There kids ministy is just outstanding. The word of God is preached by Pastor Rich in such a way that it will touch anybodies heart. You can feel his love for his congregation every sunday. We are so blessed to call this place home.

I love my church family. I have made so many life long friendships there. The worship is awesome and ministers to me. I love the life groups that are offered. I am so blessed to be apart of the ministry of this church.

I've been attending about a year and a half now. I was immediately welcomed and felt the warm glow of acceptance and care. The worship draws you in to the presence of God. The sermons are based on the Word, spiced with nuggets of humor, and always produce growth for those who hear. This church is the best kept secret in Arvada and it's time to tell others.

I have attended this church my whole life. The people here are very friendly, inviting, and very passionate about God. With the powerful worship and the fulfilling messages, with an entertaining comedic touch, it is definitely a community to call a church home. 🙌🏻
