AT&T Store

JUST TO GIVE YOU SOME BACKGROUND, I AM 80 YRS OLD AND MISSED GROWING UP WITH THE INTERNET, ETC. I HATE GOING INTO A PLACE LIKE THIS. BUT OFF I WENT AS MY PHONE WAS DEAD ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST AS OLD AS I AM. WHEN I ARRIVED ASHDON STEPPED UP AND WAS HE FANTASTIC. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I USUALLY COME OUT OF PLACES LIKE THAT EITHER IN TEARS AND/OR SWEARING I'LL NEVER GO BACK. AFTER READING REVIEWS OF AN OFFICE MUCH CLOSER AND YOUR REVIEWS, I DIDN'T CARE HOW FAR I HAD TO DRIVE AND IT WAS WORTH IT. THANK YOU SO MUCH. ASHDON IS A STAR!!!

Marco was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I updated my iPhone to a newer version. He also took the time to put my screen protector on my new phone. He was super patient explaining how to transfer data from my old to my new phone. I highly recommend you going to this store for help in Golden near King Soopers on South Golden Road.

The young man who helped us, Jordan, was very helpful, knowledgeable,and personable. Even though he was at the store alone, he was attentive to us and another customer at the same time, and he kept his cool when 3 more customers entered the store. He helped my husband find a new phone and he helped my 70 year old mother upgrade her plan and phone. He spoke in a professional manner, and answered our questions clearly.

Mr. Edwin was amazing. Even when dealing with a few of us at the same time, it was as if he was dealing with each costumer one on one. Great multi tasking abilities, and even better customer service. This will be the ONLY store I will go to, from now on!!!

Went into the store to upgrade my phone and I had some questions about my bill. Typically I hate going into the phone store, but I had a great experience at the Golden location! Amber was very kind, and told me about the newer plans. The whole staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The store was clean and had they had phone I was interested in. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

The commitment to solve my reception problem and starting service was over the top. Both the manager and representative were patient, not pushy, and would not let me leave until i was satisfied with the new service and even set up the app on my phone. I had to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes out of the mountains to get to this store. I would gladly make it again. By the way, tho is the first review I have ever written for any product or service

Mallory was the representative that helped me. She is extremely text savvy and friendly. She should be a manager. I witnessed other representatives in the store seeking her help and advice. She's great at multitasking and is someone that I would hire for upper management. I went into the store because I needed to get my son his first cell phone. Mallory helped me trade an old phone, She also activated my existing phone with a new phone number for my son and then she activated my new iPhone 13 for me. She transferred all of the data and was very patient. Mallory should be in high-level tech-support. She’s a keeper! I look forward to my next visit.

Waited for customer service rep (only one working) to finish with another customer. We have been using AT&T for years and didn't mind waiting. Assisted us with a new Samsung phone. Great service!

We had a great experience getting our family set up with AT&T. Ron was super friendly and helpful, and very patient with our long list of questions. Pierce and Angus at the Golden store were incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable! They helped me and my husband over the course of two days rectify an awful phone situation and I am so grateful to them. They were funny to boot. Hands down our best cell phone in store experience EVER! Thank you two for alllll your help! Go see them.

Amber and Jordan at the Golden AT&T store were both wonderfully helpful when my husband and I were purchasing new iPhones. My husband had lost his phone in a lake, so was anxious to retrieve all of his lost information. They gave us their undivided attention. They had my husband up and running within an hour. They ordered the phone color I wanted, then helped me attach it to my other devices and continued to troubleshoot 2 days later to solve all my issues.

Went to school Kole(Jordan) and he's always been a good guy, didn't change when he was trying to sell me some of the good stuff. Didn't push me into getting something outrageous but had answers for all of my Samsung wants and needs. I live 3+ hours away but as long as he still works here this will be my local store.

My experience here was awesome I was helped by I’m pretty sure her name was amber SORRY. If I’m wrong but she was very kind and sweet and helped me through everything made sure I got the best deal possible and it was a really good time besides the good customer service her and her coworker were good people to talk to and had a great time while I was there thank you !!

I was visiting Colorado from Delaware. My iPhone 13 froze up and I could not restart it. I called the Golden Colorado AT&T phone store and Christian was able to put me through a sequence of five buttons that solved my problem. He save the day and my trip. Thank you Christian

I decided since I didn't have the full attention of the AT&T employee at the Mills store, I would try the golden store. It is not AT&T owned and I have to say the young man who helped me change my current phone over to my new phone, was kind, caring and did things like the screen lock that the other store employee never even offered to do. I will be usng this store for my phones needs from this day forward. Kudos to the young man working on Tuesday 5/11/21, I wish I could remember his name.

Staff was super helpful and got me great deals! I don’t understand why anyone would be disappointed or upset with this team of young AT&T reps. I bought a iPhone XR, fast and painless process, Belmin was definitely super helpful, definelty would recommended asking for him!
