Reilly Chunn - State Farm Insurance Agent

Reilly and his team (especially Tiffany) have been my insurance agents for over 10 years, and every year I would have to rate their service as 5 out of 5 stars! Always responsive, helpful, courteous and professional.

I've had USAA insurance pretty much as long as I've needed insurance. I had a few very frustrating incidents over the last few years with USAA and after not filing claims or getting traffic tickets and my rates continued to sky-rocket I was done with them. My sister turned me on to Reilly and Nicole at State Farm. Wow. I didn't realize how horrible USAA really was until I started working with Nicole. Someone that actually cares about my situation. I'm no insurance expert by any means. I just know I need to have it, want to pay my bill and just kind of forget about it. Nicole helped me through all the details and options and was very patient with me flopping back and forth on some of the coverage. In the end I feel like I have much better insurance, an actual dedicated person I can call that cares and can help (not some random call center person who doesn't know anything about me) and all of that and I saved a considerable chunk of money each month compared to USAA. This was a no-brainer. I would recommend anyone to them - especially other USAA members who should really take a peek at what they are actually getting and paying for.

Megan was awesome! She helped me with a life insurance policy and then was able to quote me a car insurance policy at half the price I was paying. While I was at it, I added renters insurance which was also a cheaper rate than I was paying!

Brian was able to save us a bunch of money on our auto insurance and was super responsive! I was previously with Root insurance and he made the switch seamless and overall a way better experience! Definitely recommend for those looking for good auto insurance.

Working with Nina for a quote for home & auto was super easy! Great experience working with Caleb at Reilly Chunn State farm insurance. Very knowledgeable and he saved me money on my policy. He's very pleasant and efficient. Other agency staff have also impressed me. I love that they are in an office in town and always just a call away. I'm so glad I switched over to them!

I was frustrated because my current insurance was increasing my premium just because, without any claims, accidents or tickets. I was looking for quotes but at the same time I wanted a good company, not just the first one who offered something cheap. Nina contacted me and matched my coverage saving me about $300 a month. Since I consider StateFarm a good company I was so happy, not only me, my husband as well. Communication, service and customer service was more than excellent during the process.

Nina contacted me a few times over the months but I hadn't been ready to switch carriers. Then one day I needed renters ins so I called her up. She was able to insure my auto, add renters and save me $180 per year! Best of all she got it done immediately! Something I greatly appreciate in a time when you're lucky if anyone ever answers the phone. She's been fast, efficient and friendly every step of the way! I'm very happy with this agency.

I was forced to shop insurance because the company I was using was pulling out of my state. I filled out a questionnaire online (worst idea ever because my phone was ringing off the hook for over a week, it was extremely overwhelming) and got into contact with Nina. Out of all the people I talked to, she was the only one that was patient with me through this process and not pushy like some agents can be. I did experience quite a few of those. She took the time to help me keep my coverage basically the same and as close to the low rate I was paying with my previous company as possible. She was very friendly and professional and always responded in a timely manner. I am super appreciative of Nina and thankful she contacted me when she did. She made the stress of insurance shopping easy to deal with.

The staff at Reilly Chun were friendly, informative, and made the process extremely easy when I switched my car insurance to a new state when I moved. They sent me emails with all the information we discussed on the phone and shortly after I received a full breakdown of my new policy in the mail as well.
