GetRight's bakery, cafe & plant shop

Been wanting to make it over here for months, it did not disappoint. Talked to the co-owner Lindsay, and she was very kind and gave me a rundown of how it all started and what they were about.

This took me back to bakeries in Paris. It's all I've ever wanted really. Genuine, unique vibes, perfect concept, if you can make it here during store hours, run, don't walk. I don't remember the last time I've ever had a cheesecake like that, and the ham sandwich is to die for. Just melts in your mouth, bursting with fresh flavor.

You get a sense that everything you see here has been meticulously worked on and taste tested and perfected, not just thrown together and called "good enough." I can't wait to explore the rest of the menu and specials, it really feels like a remarkable thing they've put together there.

This spot is nothing short of perfection – a solid 5 in any city, not just Denver.

The staff are the true gems here, consistently delivering exceptional service that goes above and beyond. Discovering this gem was a revelation. The culinary delights served here are nothing short of divine. Our order included the egg scramble and the sausage biscuit, both of which exceeded our expectations. And let's talk about that biscuit – it might just be the best in Denver. The eggs in the scramble were cooked to perfection, complemented by a flaky croissant that was simply heavenly.

To top it off, we couldn't resist taking home a cinnamon roll and baguette, and they did not disappoint. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, leaving us craving more long after the meal was over.

In a city bustling with dining options, this spot shines brightly as a true culinary haven. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to add this gem to your list of must-visit destinations. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Get Rights is a great spot for a variety of baked goods as well as pizza and sandwiches. I've been coming here for about a year now and the original draw for me was the Canelé.

Those who haven't tried to make this before wouldn't understand the complexity of dealing with bees wax molds. This is a difficult to find treat that I'm happy to have so close by. The other sweets are amazing, from the cookies to the different pies and other items.

Today specifically I tried the red slice pizza for the first time. As someone who grew up with their own pizza spot who's owner was from Sicily I have to appreciate the quality and taste of it. They have a passion behind it that is hard to find in a lot of pizza out here. I think passion is the key overall here. Everything from the food to the service shows how dedicated the team is to providing a great experience for customers. Keep up the great work.

Watched the gentleman build this place from nothing to this outstanding space! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff was very energetic and polite. I’ll definitely be back again from Longmont! Can’t wait to see how far they can take this. Hard work and persistence always win!

This place is an absolute gem. Been following the Owner’s/chef story for a while and when they open this place we had to try. Hard working family, up hours before the sun hand making some of the best pastries, breads, sandwiches, and pizza you’ll ever have. We got a few sandwiches and all the pastries that were available. I don’t remember the names of them, but nothing was short of amazing. They sell out quick so be there early. Left feeling fulfilled and very inspired.

From the moment you walk into this shop, you know it’s going to be good. The difference between GetRights and other bakeries is the passion they put into not just the space but into each and every item. It is very clear that they care deeply about what they do. The jambon beurre might be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and it is so simple. I bring all of my out of town guests here and everyone raves about it. Another thing you will notice is how happy and appreciative the employees are. I stopped going to another popular bakery in Denver because the employees were rude. GetRights is the best. You are paying for quality and an experience. Try one of everything!

.. 5 stars are 1% for what I want to give.. Infinite stars. For those who criticize that parking is very limited.. so what!! For every bite of these sandwiches I would walk 1 block to get back to my car 😂😅… And the desserts are very delicious… Customer service 110%… keep it up guys …

Incredible pastries and breakfast sandwiches! The chocolate almond croissant almost brought tears to eyes and breakfast sandwiches had so much flavor. I personally think it’s the best bakery in Denver. They’re hard working small shop, definitely give them a try!

Our favorite pastry shop in Denver! This is my once a week treat & you all deserve a once a week treat too. Best selection of pastries & best tasting, plus bakery treats as well & a few rotating breakfast & lunch items (Croque monsieur! Quiche! Pizza!!!) & we loved the tomato bagel over summer.

I can’t say enough good things about Get Right’s! Everything I’ve eaten there has been divine. I love their cute shop, the plants, the art, the toys for kids. Take all my money!

Anyone I’ve ever bought pastries for is instantly addicted and goes back for more. I have to limit myself on how often I go! I don’t know how the owners do it, but they do. I hope they are able to maintain quality as they expand, they are bound to do big things!

Worth the drive from East denver!!!! You can smell it from blocks away and everything we had was phenomenal. The bagel was a bit over cooked but I’m sure it was just the batch. Will definitely be back!!!

Truly divine from the savory (croissant with slow scramble) to the sweet (creamy and mildly sweet maritozzi and basque cheese cake). Couldn't believe what I was eating. So happy to have found this place!

I cannot begin to adequately describe the out of body pastry breakfast experience I had here. We kicked things off with staring into the display case with complete awe and admiration as we began the tall task of deciding which lil beauty we were gonna make ours. After intent deliberation we moved forward with the salami sando, which is not what we came here for but I’ll tell ya, it’ll be why we come back. Capers, tomatos, eggplant, salami and arugula adorned in an exquisitely textured focaccia. A harmony that was truly made in heaven. We then set our sights on the pastries. We kicked that rodeo off with a piece of carrot cake that was moister than an oyster and cream cheese frosting that’ll have me day dreaming for weeks to come. Next we sank our worn out forks into a lil cup of tiramisu and the fluffyness, let me tell ya, was out of this world. The balance of sweet fluffy mascarpone, delectably soaked lady fingers, and the healthy, yet appropriate, dash of espresso powder had my mouth in a whirling dirvish of excitement. You better believe we had one more treat left in us. The salted maple cinnamon bun put me in chokehold of wonder as I tore through the crispy glazed edges in immense anticipation of making my way to the center. It DID NOT disappoint. All around, just incredible. And the staff, wow. So kind, attentive, caring and obviously oh so talented. I really like this place.

Meatball hoagie was one of the best I’ve had in Denver! Tiramisu was delicious too!

It took me a while to connect the dots that this place is run by the young couple whom we bought amazing sourdough from at a popup at Edgewater Public Market long ago, but everything this place does is top notch. It is a remarkably awesome place and I’m so grateful to have it in my community.

Get Right’s bakery has the most amazing pastries you’ll ever put in your mouth!! The lime pie, pan suisse, maritozzi, canele, chocolate cake, Twinkie’s and morning bun are all musts!! So are their savory breads and sandwiches… It’s honestly hard to pick a favorite because every time I try something new there it quickly becomes the new favorite and no matter how long the line is I always leave with a smile on my face after getting my goods and interacting with the lovely staff. Seriously, this place is a MUST!

Such an awesome little bakery! Their pizza is delicious and you can literally taste the freshness of every single ingredient.

I think my only suggestion would be maybe possibly get some shade or umbrellas for the outside tables? But that’s neither here nor there 💞💞

My 3 year old and 1 year old (as you can see 🤣) were also huge fans of the pizza! I also loved their chocolate chip cookies too!
Definitely get there early for the pizza, between 10:15-11 is best! And probably even earlier than that on the weekend, but it’s so worth it. It also reheated well in the air fryer the next day because we had a little bit left over from the two we got and took to the park up the street.
Definitely want to try the (I think it’s) banana cake, it looks delicious whenever I see it on their IG stories.
Another really nice little touch they have that most wouldn’t even think of, but I do is, they have toys for kids to play with while you’re there waiting/eating. I know they have an almost 3 year old so it’s nice that they made the effort to help out parents, especially when it’s super busy and wait times are a bit longer (understandably!)

Have been a customer of Matt and Lindsey’s since the cottage bakery (and run club) days. Thrilled to finally make it to the new place. Was a challenge to narrow down my order but will certainly be back to try more of the sandwich offerings and the rotating baked goods as well :) happy to see their success and recommend a morning detour here when you can!
