New white glove cleaners

I've been using The New White Glove for a few months now, and I've never had a problem nor have a late pick up for my order. The lady who usually runs the country is very nice and quickly recognized me when I came in to pick up, and I didn't need to provide the name. I s5ipl do because I am anxious and fear she might forget for some reason. Either way, it's a nice place to do business, and I plan to keep using them.

Been my go-to dry cleaners for nearly 15 years!

I was charged twice and the comforter was just a dirty as when it was dropped off.
I went to drop off a comforter and was met very rude customer service and was charged before any service was rendered (okay. That's fine). I came back a week later to pick it up and she refused to give the comforter to me Unless I PAID. I explained to her that I did pay and showed her the receipt, that she gave to me and signed it herself (it was the same woman both times), and she said that I never paid for it and that she would have SIGNED THE RECEIPT IF I HAD PAID FOR IT. First of all giving someone a receipt (and it was an actual receipt, not just a ticket. It had my credit card info on it as the meathod of payment. ) is giving them proof of purchase and payment. Second of all she did in fact sign the receipt. Third of all it was the same person both times so she should have at least recognized her own signature. But she insisted that I pay a second time (and didnt honor the special discount they had advertised in the window either time) and if i wanted to "prove" that i paid i would have to obtain a bank statement of the transaction. I just paid AGAIN without the discount AGAIN and got out of there. The comforter was also in the exact same condition as it was before I took it in too. It didnt smell or look like it had been cleaned at all. I did end up finding the bank statement that proved I paid twice but I was too angry to go back. I just don't want to deal with them anymore.
Also there was a dog in the shop (which I freaking love dogs wherever they are! This dog was freaking adorable too!) But after this whole experience it seems a little messed up and unsanitary.
