Ace Hardware at the Highlands

I needed some specific screws by size. They had exactly what I needed plus cheap propane for my grill. Everything seems very reasonably priced for its location. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely look here before going other large box stores.

I had a tricky hardware issue with my shopping cart, and while they didn't have exactly what I needed, the tall slender person with many earrings scoured the store until we found a solution that worked...PERFECTLY. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Unless it's something very specific they should have what you need. It's nice not being in a super mega store.

Was helped by Isaac. I needed a screw extractor to remove the stripped bolts on my license plate and Isaac went out of his way to use the Shop's drill and get the screws out for me. 5/5 will return - everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you Isaac!

Smaller store I was looking for a certain type of chandelier lightbulb. They didn't have it but service personnel were very helpful and they did help me find a substitute.

Called to see if they put propane in RVs they said no but butts rental dose. So we went and everything went great now we can cook food on the little tiny stove. Lol

Plenty of very nice and helpful staff. I can never find anyone to help me at Home Depot, but every single staff member I passed, including the guy at the front counter, asked if they could help find something. One staff member even took the trouble to tell me I would need a special cylinder for a soda stream I bought and checked with management to see if they still carried them. It turns out that they no longer carried them which was really valuable for me to know. He then offered advice on where I could find them. Love this place, and I will remain a loyal customer!

Staff member walking the store was so helpful! Didn't even have to ask for help, he was actively walking the floor and proactively addressing each and every customer making sure they were taken care of! Not something you experience often from other workers who are in their twenties (I'm assuming that's the age range she was in). Same thing with the girl and guy that were working the front counter. Super friendly and fun conversation during checkout and you can tell they were truly engaged with their customers. Huge kudos to the store! Not what you typically get at a hardware store but Ace always provides a great experience at each and every location I've gone to in the city and surrounding suburbs. Keep up the Great work!
