Great communication from Aubrey from star to finish. She walked me through what the repairs would entail and the cost, gave updates on a regular basis, and followed up once everything was complete and I had my vehicle back. The rest of the team worked hard to get my vehicle repairs done quicker than I expected. I will use L & R Automotive for all my vehicle repair needs.

I have had my cars serviced at L & R for more than 25 years. The customer service is great and the quality of work is excellent. A couple of times I've had to bring my car back after a repair and they took care of the problem immediately.

L & R is a perfect example of a small business that is a great asset to the community!

I had a really good experience getting my brakes taken care of. The warranty covered my brakes and they did quite a bit of extras and took care of Maintenance while we were at it. All in all it was a great value and I felt very well taken care of.

I originally took my 2006 Subaru outback to this shop and discovered it had a cracked transmission which was there when I bought the car. They gave me a very realistic and honest recommendation for what to do. I ended up going with their recommendation to get a new car, preferably a Honda, and I absolutely love it. I now take my 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring here and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of work these guys do. They are honest, good, and fast. In fact, I now live in the DTC area, but I refuse to take my car anywhere else even though their shop is located in Arvada.

L & R replaced shocks and struts on my truck a couple of years ago and I recently found that one of the struts was faulty. Fortunately the part was under warrantee and the shop replaced it quickly and at no charge. Aubrey and Dylan are always kind and courteous.

Trust is why I take my vehicles to L&R. This last visit I was expecting to drop over $1,200 on a repair. They discovered the true problem was very minor. When they could have easily scammed me for what I thought was the original repair, they were honest and got me out the door for far less money. Their integrity is amazing.

Great service. Great honest staff. Actually charged me less than they quoted me. This will definitely be my new place for car repairs!

The service and communication I received from L&R was fantastic. They were able to assist me quickly with a brake replacement and were very consultative and communicative during the process. Being new to the area, it can be hard to find a place to trust but I'm glad I went with them. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

One of the BEST customer service experiences I've had. The owner even sent a letter making sure I contact them directly with any issues. They took better care of my New Tundra than The Toyota dealer.

First time going here and glad I chose them! I had a tricky issue which they kept me updated constantly about and we discussed different options and pricing throughout. They truly wanted my issue resolved and provided excellent customer service throughout the journey! They also went above and beyond in thanking me for choosing them, which is something I’ve never experienced in auto repair before! Highly recommend you go to L&R to experience the first class service for yourself!

I really owe L&R a "sixth" star, because this is the second time I have received outstanding service from them and I neglected to review them the 1st time.
The 1st time I had my truck towed to them because it wouldn't start. Everyone in the lobby was very friendly, and they clearly explained the diagnostic process. As a bonus, you are able to monitor progress and see reports on your phone from a text they send, so that is helpful. Issue ended up being a bad fuel pump so had to get a new one. Based on the research I had done, I was charged a very fair price for the work done.
Fast-forward to a week ago, I just finished fueling up when my truck wouldn't start.....again. Once again I got towed over to L&R who squeezed me into their busy schedule for a quick diagnostic. Sure enough....it was a bad part (not their fault) which they happily replaced with the lifetime warranty. They had me back on the road the next day.
I can't commend L&R enough for their friendly service, honesty and integrity, and excellent work. I definitely recommend them....even though I hope I don't have to see them anytime soon.

I appreciated how quickly I was able to schedule to get my vehicle in for repairs. I was also very appreciative of the fact that I felt heard and all of my concerns were addressed. I never felt like I was being treated like I didn't know what I was talking about simply because I'm female (it happened at the last mechanic shop I went to - not cool). I really, really like the full internet accessible list of all of the items checked along with recommended repairs and a rating on how immediate those repairs should be done, accompanied by an estimated price for each repair. Awesome! I felt very comfortable when I picked up my car, knowing that each of the items I was told would be fixed were. I'm so glad I found L & R!

I really appreciate the evaluation, repairs and time that L&R took to fix my truck. I feel like they are honest in their costs and really do a great job. I usually go to Midas and get charged an arm and a leg, I'll be going to L&R Auto from now on.
I got future work quoted and received the estimates on my receipt, so when I'm ready, I know exactly what needs worked on and a decent price range for the work.
I'll be giving them my business again.
L&R's prices make you feel like your getting the family discount, their work makes you feel like they care for us little guys.

L & R Automotive has to be one of the finest privately family owned automotive repair facilities west of I -25 .
They treat their customers like they would like to be treated.
The communication skills of the service techs to the customer should be studied and implemented by big business .
Nothing is ever done to the customer's vehicle until the work to be done is completely understood by the customer and an
estimate of the cost is discussed .
There is no "we will get back to you with an estimate " or we will call you when the "work is complete and we will have a price for you then".Or , "we are sorry but your vehicle wont be ready."
They do everything possible to get the customer s vehicle back to them when they say they will . And stuff happens when a finish time cannot be done but these folks go out of their way to help the customer by providing a ride home or back to the facility.
L & R will work on most vehicles and if they are not sure, they tell the customer if they cannot.

Highly recommend this shop to anyone. They truly care about their customers and are a team you can trust. I had to bring my Jeep in for a second opinion and they gave me detailed information as to the issues it was experiencing including a full report with pictures and recommendations of what to fix. They offer a free ride home if you live within Arvada and keep you updated on progress as they work on the car. Very happy I found this place!!
