Anthony made my hair look so cute!! He listened to what I wanted and my hair was very silky and soft when he was done. Got to chat about movies in the meantime too. All in all, lovely.

I highly recommend Miya Salon! I've been here twice now and will continue to be a returning customer.
Brian is incredible at coloring my hair (balayage). I always love how it turns out!
The staff is super friendly and offer guests drinks during their service (water/wine).
There is a bunch of street parking around the salon, but I would show up early just to make sure you have enough time to find parking since it can be difficult to find an open stop sometimes.
Booking an appointment online is super easy, but they also have a receptionist if you prefer to book in person.
Miya Salon and their stylists post a ton on their social media so I recommend looking on their Instagram if you are trying to get a last minute appointment or want to see a stylist's work.

Tracy Jones did an awesome job on my hair. I wanted a fun Fall color without it looking too light. She listened to exactly what I wanted and followed through. I don’t normally write reviews but Tracy did such an excellent job!

I heard about Miya Salon re-opening under new management through a friend, decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did! It was my first time getting highlights and was a bit apprehensive since I have very dark hair, but Emily took the time during our virtual consultation to listen and understand what I was going for. She came up with a game plan and executed the cut & color better than I could have imagined!

On to the logistics - finding availability online and booking an appointment was really easy and I appreciated the email/text reminders leading up to the appointment. They took extra precautions in the salon due to COVID and not once did I feel unsafe or worried about being there. Parking was also easy and I hope to explore more of Tennyson St. next time I'm in.

Kayla was amazing! She understood what I was looking for, talked me through different options, understood the price point guidelines I was trying to stay within and was so great to talk to. First time seeing her and I don’t want anyone else cutting my hair any time soon! It turned out better than I expected too!

I had a great experience with Kayla! I’m very indecisive & showed her a dozen different hairstyles that I wanted but she was patient and honest with me. She told me what type of hair I had and what haircut would be best for me and did an amazing job! I was so happy with my results. Fantastic place! Inviting front desk, clean facility, and stylists all appear to love working here. I see Kayla & she is beyond helpful with my hair. She takes the time to give suggestions and explain why and what she’s doing. Has helped me with styling tips too. My hair looks & feels better than it has ever! Nicole is truly the only hair stylist in Colorado I will ever trust with my hair. I strayed once or twice and regretted it. She always leaves me feeling beautiful and understands exactly what I’m looking for when I get my highlights and hair cut. I went purple a couple years ago and she slayed that look too! I’m very grateful for her expertise and patience in understanding what I like and making sure I leave the salon looking my best. The prices are more than fair and any blonde knows how expensive it can be so appreciate the fair charges. I’ll follow her anywhere. Go see Nicole, you won’t regret it!

Tonda has been doing my hair for years. I live in the mountains and gladly drive a hour and a half to see her now that's she's moved. I wont let anyone else touch my hair. I Highly recommend her you won't be disappointed!

Brian is my new fave. I have fine, curly hair and I’m quite particular about it. Awesome cut and he styled my hair with so much love for my curls. His head massage was next level. He really is a kind human that is patient and listens. Glad to find you!

Brian has done a wonderful job with my hair, both cut and color! I’d return to him every time in Denver. That said, every girl I’ve seen here has walked out with amazing hair so I bet all the stylists at this salon are fire!

I live in Keystone and had a bad haircut experience up here. I needed a new haircut to fix this ASAP. They got me in within 2 days with Laelan and I had the best experience. She walked me through the entire cut so there weren't any surprises. Made my hair look so so so great! The entire experience was fantastic from the phone call to book until the haircut itself. I bought some of the shampoo and conditioner there, as well. Love love love it! Thank you so much and I'll certainly be coming here from now on to get my hair done!

Laelan, a true gem, takes the best care of me and we connected instantly. Aaron, one of the owners, truly treats every customer like they're his #1. Great experience here today! Stylish place with professional and personable staff. Kendra is amazing! I am uneducated about hair trends, and Kendra took the time to explain how to better care for my individual hair, recommending great products and even writing them down for me at the end of our appointment. She also taught me how to style beach waves, and actually guided me through doing it myself with the straightener. I felt like she was genuinely invested in helping me enjoy my hair more, which is not something I could say about previous stylists elsewhere. Highly recommend Miya Salon!

Once again blown away by the talent of this salon. I love coming here so much! I’m so happy to have found a salon I can brag about to my friends and family. Emily is absolutely amazing and her staff are all so talented and friendly. One of the hair stylists even offered to grab me a drink across the street while I was getting my hair done. I can’t stop smiling when I look in the mirror. I was nervous to chop my hair because it hasn’t been short for years. Emily sat down with me and took the time to talk about what ideas I had and even offered some of her own and boy was I grateful for that! I have received SO many compliments since doing this cut and color. I truly am so happy I’ve found such a wonderful salon. Trust me when I say you will not regret going to Miya Salon for your next cut or color. These girls know what they’re doing and you’ll leave just as excited and happy as I did! Samantha is amazing at barber cuts! She’s the only stylist in Denver who will cut my hair exactly the way I like it, plus she is always so nice and welcoming. She really takes the time to understand what you want done with your hair, and then executes flawlessly. I couldn’t be any happier and won’t let anyone touch my hair other than Samantha from here on out!

The main thing you need to know about Miya salon is that they absolutely crush it. Period. I've been going here since late 2019/early 2020 and have not had anything short of a phenomenal experience. I'm a guy, so me writing a review at all should tell you that they do an awesome job. I go in about every 6 weeks to get a "simple" haircut and every time I walk about wondering why I wait so long for my hair to look as good as it does when I leave. I always book with Emily (though she's in super high demand so her schedule is generally nuts - I'd book well ahead if you can) because she's not only awesome but CRUSHES IT. All of the stylists that Emily and Aaron hire are fantastic - they vet them very carefully and ensure they are getting the best stylists available. Everyone that works at the salon is super friendly, helpful, and great at what they do. Being a guy I can't speak too much to the experiences of women, but I've never witnessed a woman walk out of the salon with anything less than an ear-to-ear smile from the the service they received. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend Miya salon for everyone.
