We were happy to find a place with no pressure sales. Braden was knowledgeable about options and was so patient as we tested so many beds. We tried many places and we didn’t want to just “pick a mattress” we needed something for health conditions to help sleep better. Give them a try and you may not have to look at another mattress location!!! Thanks Braden!!

My wife and I went to several mattress stores looking for a king size bed. Braden at Mile High Mattress was by far the most helpful. Their store is a low pressure environment and we were able to get all our questions answered. We got a great deal on our new mattress and he made everything simple and smooth for us. Would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for a new bed!

I have to start with the customer service: my husband and I walked into this store just 30 minutes before closing time, and Dustin treated us with the utmost kindness and patience, acting like he had all the time in the world to assist us. We had already shopped at several other mattress stores and had a decent idea of what we were looking for--Dustin guided us to the best mattress options for our personal preferences, and we quickly found the perfect one for us.

The following day, we returned to the store to buy the "Frisco" model. Dustin made it easy and we felt totally comfortable making such a big purchase at a place we could trust. I especially loved the playful presence of Remi, the adorable pup leashed to Dustin's desk. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend Mile High Mattress to anyone!

I bought a house and was on the hunt for a king sized mattress. Its so easy to get lost in all the different options and brands online so I decided to test some out. I went to Mile High Mattress and was guided to the best options within my budget.
I understand the value in investing in good mattress went with the Glenwood line, I've never had better sleep. The mattress is firm but still has the comfort of a pillow top. I HIGHLY reccomend going to the team at Mile High Mattress to help take the stress out of the selection process. I am a customer for life.

Mike at the Westminster location was great both times we have been to this store! Just last year, we went in to look at buying pillows & left with with so much great info & service from him that we returned the next day to buy a new king-size mattress, two additional pillows, a new bed base, and sheets! Due to our experience, when seeking out a new mattress for our guestroom, we went back & again worked with Mike. As with our past experience, he was super low pressured and helpful in assisting us with finding a mattress that was both within our budget we wanted that was also comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend Mile High Mattress, not just for the quality of the mattress and pillows we currently own (and our newly purchased guestroom mattress), but also the friendly, informative, and low pressure sales service we got from Mike, as well as the two other people we interacted with (Dan and Dustin)!

Dustin is such an awesome business man. He listens, cares and only wants what is best for his customers. He gave us choices and points of view from personal and professional experiences. There is no pressure just amazing service backed by a genuine care and kindness. If you EVER need a new mattress, Mile High Mattress is the only place I would recommend!!!

My wife and I have been looking for a new mattress set for over a month. We had gone to many of the big box stores and researched all the online options. I decided to check out Mile High mattress after I saw their "Colorado's best prices" advertisement. Overall, I was very impressed with Mile High. Specifically, Dustin The Westminster manager was very knowledgeable, and helpful in helping us pick out a new mattress set. Dustin was able to explain the pros and cons of each type mattress. I was also very impressed with their pricing. It was definitely a no pressure situation and we are very happy with the mattress set if we picked out. On the delivery side, we had Daniel and Andrew deliver and set up the mattress set in less than one hour. These two were professional, hard-working knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that we were satisfied with everything about the bed. Overall I’m very happy with Mile High and recommend them to everyone.

Mile High Mattress took their time to explain all the latest tech in beds and help us find the perfect mattress for us. There wasn't the usual pressure to buy anything but the staff genuinely wanted to find the right product.

We looked around at a few other stores to see if anyone else had something better before coming back and ordering our dream bed. No one can touch Mile High Mattress.

Mike at the Westminster store was awesome! I went in ordered two beds for my kids and ordered myself one with accessories with no problems. I had a 3 star delivery but Mike solved everything at the store and got the products that I ordered. Great customer service and a good environment setting.

We shopped around for a new mattress and our heads were spinning with all the sales pitches we heard at other stores. Then we walked into Mile High Mattress in Westminster and met Dustin. Thank goodness, because he gave us the facts we needed to make a good decision without all the confusing details (that I didn't care to know). We explained our needs to Dustin and were able to find the perfect mattress to suit us without high pressure sales pitches we experienced at other stores. We left Mile High Mattress highly satisfied with our selection of a bed we know we will love. We are grateful to have worked with Dustin and made our new bed purchase at Mile High Mattress.

While moving my king size mattress cover got dirty. I called Mile High Mattress to find out if the mattress cover sill had warranty. It turned out the mattress cover company went out of business. At this point I was bummed because I thought I'd have to make so many calls and and send e-mails to get the mattress cover replaced. I spoke with Dustin and he said he'd be happy to make those calls for me. Needless to say Dustin took all the relief off of my shoulders. Dustin contacted me the next day saying he had a solution at no cost to me!! He showed me a picture of the new mattress cover ensuring the mattress cover was something I liked and then ordered the mattress cover for me. Dustin said he could ship it to me but I decided to pick the mattress cover up in the store. The mattress cover came in less than a week after he ordered it. It was such a great experience. We will return to purchase some sheets for our bed and would be happy to purchase another mattress from Mile High Mattress. I highly recommend you speak to Dustin as he is very helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses and the process that comes with purchasing a mattress.

Mattress shopping made easy! Will only buy from Mile High. Excellent service both times I was there from Braden and Dustin. They want you to be happy!! And do not push you to buy anything. Dustin made sure I had what I needed and sealed the deal. The unsung heroes are the delivery guys..Andrew and Danny. I had a few special requests..& they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Thanks guys.

I went into Mile High Mattress to get my son his first full bed. Dustin was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He went through the pros and cons for several mattresses. I was so impressed I decided to go back with my husband to look for a king sized mattress for us. The prices rival every business and the customer service cannot be beat. Thank you for the wonderful experience making me feel like our night's rests were just as important to you as they are to me.

Dustin is the man! He was so helpful and helped ratchet down the straps on our truck to get the mattress safely home. Really nice staff and really good prices! I think the best prices in the area honestly. 11/10 will also buy pillows here again.

Wow! That's all I have to say! Dustin was completely professional and not pressuring at all when my girlfriend and I went in to purchase our new mattress. He was polite, answered all my questions (even the dumb ones about DLC on a mattress), and was even so nice as to find me a competitive price on the mattress that was in our budget. Sacrificing a bit of his commission to get us the bed we wanted, was above and beyond for his job. Keep up the great work, Dustin!

Amazing! Thats the only word to describe the experience that you'll have shopping at Mile High Mattress. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the excellent staff who were extremely friendly and welcoming. The process was the one of the most comfortable sales experiences I've ever had, from the selection or my mattress and financing, right down to the selection of my new pillow and sheets! It was very clear that the staff appreciates investing time into their customer care and truly care about the people they help. The delivery was even great with quick of delivery of my mattress and even offering to take the old mattress for me!!!

I would recommend Mile High to anyone and everyone who needs a better night sleep!

Dustin was awesome! He spent 3+ hours with my wife and I helping us choose the right mattress. He was very informative and had answers to all of our questions. We are very happy with the level of customer service that has been provided for us.

We just bought a mattress from Mike over at 88th and Harlan.We can't say enough about him just a down-to-earth guy, Very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this place. So much so we didn't even go to another store.
