Made an appointment, I showed up a week early! They still got right in fast and handled my tire rotation quickly. Appreciate the quality customer service.

Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised!!
I was skeptical to go to a chain and had never even ventured into a Les Schwab before but they were recommended for alignment on our lifted Jeep.
It was very easy to get an appointment that worked for our schedule, the folks working were professional and personable.
The mechanic called and explained what was done and pointed out a concern that they were not equipped to fix (very appreciative of that) and then recommended but not pushed a brake repair. That too was appreciated and honestly the cost was reasonable.
We will definitely return!

Some of these rocky mountain muddy puddles must have sink holes in the bottom. Ben was able to get us scheduled for a total front end suspension upgrade with new shocks and struts. Eric is a superb mechanic and he installed the new struts and shocks package on our Nissan Murano SV, did the alignment and checked all the vitals to include brakes, tires, fluids so we can be safe on the road and in the mountains. The suspension package gave us a ride that is equal to or greater than original equipment plus a lifetime warranty on their premium shocks and strut package. Thank you for the peace of mind which is priceless!

I would just like to give a huge shout out to Ben there at Les Schwab! We had traveled from Kansas City to Sedalia Colorado to purchase an RV Upon arrival we knew that we possibly had two tires that need to be replaced. I contacted Les Schwab around 3 PM and Ben had answered the phone stating that he had a couple tires that would work for us, I asked what time they close and he told May 5 o’clock, and we had a 25 minute drive to get to his location. Upon arrival We asked Ben to Inspect all of the tires only to discover that the two that we really thought we were OK we’re already 10 years old. Ben sent someone over to one of their other locations to get us eight tires. Ben, along with Joe and another young man,0 They stayed after hours to ensure that we had a safe trip back to Kansas City! Above and beyond! Thanks again you have no idea what your kindness meant to us!

I got a flat on my way out of the mountains from a tire chain piece. I pulled into Les Schwab Tire Center in Littleton and was impressed from the moment I walked in. They were professional, courtious and most importantly timely in repairing my tire. I was impressed by their focus on safety and teamwork and would recommend them to anyone. My husband has purchased tires and wheels in the past, and I have always gone to Firestone for my tire needs. Today I noticed a screw in my back tire, and even though I did not purchase my tires there, they got me in within a reasonable amount of time, they repaired my tire for me for no charge! I am very appreciative of their customer service by Nicholas! He was truly a professional!

Ran over a screw and was freaking out about how expensive it would be to replace/repair, but this place gave me a much needed break.
My dad told me about how les Schwab will sometimes repair tires without changing me, and his advice led me here. They DID repair the tire for free, and the staff were lovely during our interactions.

I got a screw in the tread of one of my tires near the inside wall and was told by another car repair shop (to remain nameless) that the nail was too close to the wall to plug and that I would need a new tire. After lots of research on tire pricing, I finally called Les Schwab and they advised me to go in for a second opinion. I didn't know getting a second opinion on the location of a screw was an option! They were optimistic and that was enough for me to drive over. It would be a 2.5 hour wait since I was a walk in, but the waiting room was very relaxing and calm and you could watch the mechanics work through a giant window which was very reassuring for me to watch their methods/teamwork and eventually watch my car go in. They were able to plug it and I couldn't be more thankful for Nick encouraging me to get a second opinion, Ben for getting my info into the system quickly, and Trevor for doing the work on my tire and assisting with check out! Overall, the location, building, and people were exceptional and they have earned my tire business for the future. Thanks Les Schwab team!

We were in a pickle with a blow out flat on the highway that required us to get towed. The tow truck was late and we were pushing right up against their closing time on a Saturday. Jay and Gauge helped me navigate the situation, brought in the necessary tire from their warehouse and had my husband out of there in no time! So grateful for their incredible service!

They saved me $1000 off of a repair quote from another shop. Great service and great job.

a few months after the above job I came back and this time brought my 32ft Class C motorhome in for service of some brake problems. Well they did it yet again, they came in with and extremely reasonable price for many parts and labor and got it done in one day. I really cannot say enough good about these people. Not only do they do great work at a great price they are friendly and I have run across a bad mood in all the times I have gone there. If you dont use these guys you are going to lose money.

If I could give a 6 star rating I would. I came in and was in brutal abdominal pain and on my way to my Dr., but got a flat or had a slow leak...either way, it was not safe to drive. Nicholas at the C470 and Bowles location in Littleton CO saw I was in pain and needed to get going fast. They patched my tire and got me on the road quickly...and at no charge! Thank you so much, and you have my business moving forward. Much thanks for your awareness, customer service, and compassion. Thank you again so much!

This place is the best place in town for tires. They have other services, but tires is their specialty and it shows! They are knowledgeable on tires and the staff is friendly. And prompt to help you out. The wait time is almost always better than Discount tires and the lobby has coffee, popcorn and a tv to help you pass the time if you wait. The tire prices aren't always cheaper than the other tire stores but the service outshines all the others and that's why I keep coming back.

Amazing service and super professional and understanding crew. I came rolling in this weekend with a car leaking oil (long story) creating a heck of a mess.

Instead of griefing me, Ben and the crew helped me take care of it real quick and didn't make me feel any guiltier than I already did.

Needless to say I am a huge fan of this place and this team. Will be back when the time comes. Ideally with a tighter oil filter

Helped me in a snowstorm situation, and impressed me so much, with the kindnees shown, (Trevor), that I returned to get my new tires at this location a few days later. And, no surprise, again, impressed with the staff. Gage who did my tires, actually came out to talk to me about future balance rec's. And all done Much faster than I had anticipated. In the past, I've sat for 2hrs at other places! I'm now a Les Schwab convert.

Came in just before close with a slow leak tire. Ben helped me out straight away for free . Did a great job and was very punctual. Much appreciated!

Awesome service! They were able to quickly fix a slow leak (at no charge!) that I could not figure out where it was coming from (using the soapy water method). Also did a great alignment on an old Saab of ours last year. Will definitely return.

We've been going to the Littleton location of Les Schwab for 7 years. They've been able to diagnose and fix brake issues that the dealership missed and sell us better quality tires for less. They tend to be busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so I recommend making an appointment online. Otherwise, they'll try to squeeze you in when they can.

Extremely satisfied with this location and the traditional customer service where making excuses isn’t an option. Will got me all taken care even when I rolled in an hour before they closes. I got my new tires and alignment done without having to come back because they stayed until the job was done. Wouldn’t recommend any other tire and basic vehicle maintenance company except for these guys. 5/5 for sure.
