Check and his staff are amazing! They know their customers by name. To honor my grandma, I picked up a delicious Chianti. I picked up some whiskey for a birthday gift. Chuck is not only an a great business owner, he gives back his time to the community through volunteering. Support local business and give Wheat Ridge Liquor a try.

I tried to explain to the young guy working the till the history of IPA Beer. i.e. that it was invented by British sailors making the journey from England to India during the colonial times of the British Empire. Oddly he got offended. I guess history is not his subject lol nice selection of IPA for sure!!

Bottle of wine, case of beer, bottle of Jameson at WR Liquor = $1.50 cheaper than Applejacks, so the prices are more than fair for a neighborhood liquor store. Employees are super friendly.

There's good reason why I pass 3 other liquor stores to shop here the last 15 years.

Fantastic neighborhood liquor store with good prices. They also have a discount system and once you spend $100 you get 5% and then it goes up from there! There is a small selection but if you ask for something they will consider ordering it.

The guys here are friendly and the prices are $everal dollar$ cheaper than Molly's (located nearby). I was impressed with the great selection of bourbons.
