I seriously am speechless. All the reviews are on point w/this shop. I am a pregnant woman w/2 other young children. I was being screwed over w/previous shops & mechanics, financially & extra unnecessary work. Quality Auto lets you know all the issues & gives you an AMAZING quote, gives their honest opinion of what to fix first to get you back on the road & up to you to fix other issues or come back when ready!

I've been coming here for a couple years after being referred by my mom, who had been taking her Hyundai here for years. EZ is great, honest and friendly. He gets super busy so book in advance. I meant to write a review a long time ago but life. I called over 10 shops for brake repair and was quoted over $450-$650 more expensive than the actual dealership. Ez came in at a reasonable fair price. He doesn't over charge like most shops and most importantly he is honest , which is rare these days. Thanks Quality Auto.

Very fair price for my front wheel bearings, and was actually 20$ less than he quoted. Will definitely be back if I need any other repairs.

This is the second time I’ve brought the car here. Both times I’ve had a great experience! Cheaper than I expected, great attention to detail and super friendly. In our last trip we came in to get a spark plug replaced. It seemed like he noticed our battery connection was also corroded because we found it replaced without him even charging us. Also he used really high quality wires when replacing our spark plug cables. Definitely will keep coming back.

I've taken my old 4 runner here a few times now. The last time they told me my issue could be one of 5 different things. Their recommendation was to start with the cheapest thing. This ended up being the issue. Only cost $100 total. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge. Not gonna take my car elsewhere.

My clutch went out and I decided to try this shop. The owner was great to work with. He was very direct and honest. The price he quoted was the price I paid. Once my truck was ready the owner waited after hours as my uber was slow to get me and we got stuck in traffic. This is a great shop to take your vehicle.

Ez here has always been great for us. The only problem I have with this place, honestly, is that he's good enough that other people know it, so sometimes it can take awhile before he can get to your vehicle - that said, he's always been up front about his timelines with us so we've been able to schedule them. Top notch service, and very reasonable pricing, in my experience.

They were straightforward on pricing, creating an appointment time, and fixing my housing canister. My vehicle will now pass inspection. It has been two weeks since my repair and the EVAP leak is no longer a problem and my check engine light remains off.

After receiving a quote of $4600 for a new catalytic converter from Brakes Plus, I was assured by the guys there that this was the price for the ONLY one that could pass emissions in Colorado, there was not second option, they said. I was highly skeptical. Took my care to Quality Auto and Ez called the dealer, secured the exact converter I needed and saved me $1600. It was installed in 2 days, my car passed emissions and let's just say I am never going to Brakes Plus again.

Fast, friendly & affordable! I had a major engine issue pop up, Ez was able to get me in & repaired the next day! My family mechanic said he could not even come close to the low pricing that they offer at Quality. Edit: AGAIN, Ez & his staff came thru! They fixed my rotors and brakes, with reasonable pricing & an appointment within less than a week! Highly recommend this customer service oriented shop!!

Their customer service is amazing! I towed my non starting car to them and expected that it would take them a few days to get to it, they were able to diagnose it the next day. They ordered the parts and told me it would be done before the weekend, on Friday they called and were incredibly apologetic and said it wouldn't be done, and knocked $100 off my bill. It was a small deal, but big to them. Great customer service!

These guys are absolutely phenomenal! I went in to get my timing belt kit replaced and my truck is running better then ever. Not only did I ask them to do a couple other things and did they get it done at a better price then anyone else would have done just the kit... they fixed my door handle! They didn’t even tell me or charge me for it. I literally just noticed as I got in the truck! Pretty awesome company and truly nice guy who runs it. Definitely will be making Quality Auto Service my regular mechanic as long as I live in the Denver Metro area.
