The staff at this bank, particularly Matt, are wonderful! They are professional, helpful, and know their stuff! I drove across town to go to this branch - my favorite!

I stopped here one day when i drove pass by, the location is bit pain to access to bank parking lot but the bank is nice, i happened to meet with one of my favorite banker from east arapahoe location which she was appointed to here, its very nice banking system and fast services.

Never had any issues just cashing a check at this location until today. Didn’t recognize any of the 3 women behind the counter and they were very rude. Do not recommend this location anymore.

I can't give a 0 rating. We tried in vain to close our bank account and we were told we couldn't close it because of pending withdrawals (yes because our account was hacked). So now we have been charged over $500 in NSF fees for a $5.03 charge to the account. They have stolen our money. Do not bank here. First Bank was amazing they shut our account down immediately and never gave us any problems. In fact First Bank when they got a deposit from one of our 3rd party providers, they called us and transferred the funds to one of our other accounts at the bank. What great customer service, unlike Citywide. DON"T BANK HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truly sad young lady at the counter has been less then helpful bordering on rude use to be very friendly and helpful place with nice people
