I am an athlete and former soldier with a fairly lengthy injury history. After about 14 months of experiencing worsening lower back and hip pain, I reached out to Genesis Medicine after seeing a social media ad for a promotional at their clinic in Arvada. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff at Genesis were welcoming, professional, and showed genuine concern and interest in my condition and toward my recovery. They took detailed imaging on the first day and worked with me toward a treatment plan that made sense both medically and financially. The Doctor and the staff spent multiple sessions with me to explain their findings and how to correct my maladies without surgeries or medications, which is very important to me having an extensive surgical history. My treatment at Genesis has included the spinal and knee decompression treatment, trigger point injections, IFC, and completion of the 25 day Body & Balance nutrition program. In the six weeks since I began treatment, I have dropped 20 pounds, my chronic back pain has nearly disappeared, and my overall mobility has increased significantly. I feel as if I’ve added 10 years of youth to my body. In addition, I’ve developed an awareness of my body that I did not have previously, particularly around nutrition and hip and joint health. This has resulted in a transformation that I did not think was possible. I recently was able to compete in and win a USA Hockey national championship very recently, something that I don’t know that I’d have been able to do as recently as six weeks ago. These folks are so knowledgeable, positive, helpful, etc. and my initial consultation with them was AMAZING. I will definitely be returning soon. They offer all types of great services but my favorite was the TFP and Spinal Decompression. I work in music & hike alot it did wonders for my sciatica and my tinnitus! I came to Genesis on October 25, 2023 with severe low back pain radiating down my left leg. Actually, walked in using a walker because I could not stand up straight. I have 2 ruptured discs, stenosis, scoliosis, bone spurs and arthritis, causing this pain. At this point I do not want to have surgery. I tried physical therapy, acupuncture, message, epidural injection and I was just getting worse nothing was working. Dr. Cadwell and his team are wonderful, I am on a very aggressive plan to get me back to enjoying life the way I want to. I am a 67-year-old very active woman and would like to stay that way for as long as I can. After 2 1/2 weeks I walked in without my walker! Still have pain but we are working on that, it took me 67 years to get this way it is going to take some time to get it all in control and get on a plan to keep it that way! I made an appointment to visit Genesis after I had spent 8 nights in the hospital due to spinal stenosis and severe sciatica. When I first came into Genesis I was walking with a cane and doing very little outside of working and laying in a bed. The team at Genesis assessed my issues and came up with a game plan for my recovery. We immediately started working the plan. I am happy to say here we the middle of October and I no longer am using a cane I am walking closer to normal than I have been since the accident..

After working with Dr. Cadwell and following his chiropractic care plan, I was able to completely reverse a chronic health condition I’ve had for 15 years. I never imagined it would be possible to live without my health condition, at least not without multiple medications and pain meds!

I first decided to make an appointment with Genesis Regenerative Medicine after learning that I have calcium build-up in my left anterior descending coronary artery. My doctor referred to it as The Widow Maker! That scared me, but not enough to take a statin. I’ve read too much to go that route. Moving forward in a natural, holistic direction was more in line with my beliefs.

I met with Dr. Cadwell, and liked what he had to say so I signed up for the Body N Balance Program. I know it won’t remove the calcium I already have in my artery, but I’m learning how to prevent more build up. I was sceptical as to whether or not I could complete the program but I found it was easier than I had anticipated. Since I do not need to lose weight, I was given a fairly high calorie limit. I was rarely hungry. I found that I liked coconut oil and how it tasted when I cooked with it. Overall, I felt good and I could still exercise too. I did find that eating out was a bit tricky, but I did it a few times with success.

What I’ve come away with after finishing the program is knowledge. Knowledge that I can take with me as I navigate life. I now know the reason why Apple Cider Vinegar is good for me, why coconut oil is good for me and why eating organic and grass-fed is important to my health. I am encouraged to continue looking for foods that nourish my body and not destroy it!

The people at Genesis are friendly, helpful, and are truly interested in my health and well-being. I not only completed the BNB program, but I am also getting chiropractic, rehab & and decompression therapy as well and I feel great! But the thing I am most excited about is that after 22 years of having hot flashes (and refusing to take synthetic hormones) I am taking the bio-identical hormone pellets and I am HOT-FLASH FREE!! I have several fans for sale if anyone is interested. Thank you Genesis for providing a place where I can get all my issues addressed. You are a God-send!

After over a year of getting bio-identical hormones I am feeling great, sleeping better & best of all I have no hot flashes. I am now able to go 4 months in between pellets instead of 3. Why did I wait so long to try this? Thank you Genesis!

No more pain - that's the best part! A few days ago at the end of 2022, I completed the Body in Balance program and not only did I lose 35 pounds in 55 days, but I feel so much better! When I started the program, I felt sick, old, and somewhat helpless. I knew I needed help but didn't know where to turn. My friend Carolyn had done the Body in Balance program and when I saw her, I couldn't believe how different she looked. I said, "You look younger!" and she told me about Dr. Cadwell and the team at Genesis. From my first interaction (and in every subsequent interaction), I have felt heard, seen, helped, and respected. On Feb 23, 2019 I suffered what at first appeared to be a stroke, quickly losing control of my arms and legs and experiencing intense pain. After a mountain of tests in the hospital, finally a neurologist found a lesion in my upper spinal cord and told me that I had a very rare autoimmune disorder called Transverse Myelitis. I left the hospital after a week able to walk but just barely. Over the course of the next 4 years my muscles and nerves degenerated leaving me in bed 3 days out of the week.

A nurse practitioner mentioned to me that I should try Genesis Medical since they had such good results with improving the health and mobility of sufferers like myself. I did, and they did! I started their intensive Body in Balance program on September 13, 2022 and today October 21 I walk quickly, without a pronounced limp, have little to no rigidity and spasticity and have not been stuck in bed for a full day for two weeks. I saw the banner out front - lose 20 to 50 lbs in just 50 short days and I was intrigued and wanted to find out more. First of all, Ilona was so nice and friendly and made an appointment for me to come in for a consultation and said that Dr.Cadwell would take time with me, so be prepared to spend an hour on my first visit. Dr.Cadwell listened to my needs and my past experiences with trying and failing to lose weight using other programs and methods and said that he positively could help me with my weight loss goals and he did! The Body N Balance Program was tailored to my body’s specific needs which is why it works!
I have been within the same weight (give or take a few pounds) for roughly the past 10 years and I have struggled to lose and have weight around my middle that is really stubborn! I tried other weight loss programs and the TV commercial prepackaged foods that were really tasteless and awful! I just couldn’t make any real progress no matter what I tried. I might lose 10 pounds on other programs but I was miserable and hungry and would quickly gain it back. I do love vegetables and fruits and feel like I try to be mindful of what I am eating. In 50 days on the Body N Balance Program I did lose 20 pounds!!! I wasn’t having any hunger issues and I ate healthy and I was full and satisfied! I couldn’t believe it! I also found out that I was really dehydrated and I needed to address that by taking their supplements and keeping track of my fluids. So the weight that I lost was not "water weight loss", but actual fat loss. The supplements that was given to me I needed and they helped my body to shed fat. Now I don’t think of it as a diet or temporary weight loss program any more, but rather a lifestyle change that I have adopted as my daily routine now. When I went in for my regular Body Composition Analysis, I saw the progress that I was making - gaining body hydration and losing body fat. I have lost 20 pounds and over 13 inches and I feel great! My goal is to lose another 20 lbs and now I have the tools, knowledge and the support to accomplish my goals. I know that I can do it and most importantly, the confidence that I will keep it off!!

2023 - I am happy to update that I have kept the weight off this past year with all that I have learned from the Genesis Team. Yay!! The staff is still great and I have brought my son in to deal with migraine headaches as they can help with that too! I woke up one morning in early April and had the feeling I could no longer go on living in my body. I didn't want to die, I just felt hopeless living in my body. When I realized I used the work hopeless I knew I needed to seek help immediately. Hopeless is not a word in my vocabulary. A friend of mine had gone through the Genesis Body in Balance program and lost about 65 pounds. I called him, got the number, and scheduled an appointment immediately.

I started the 50 day program 71 days ago today and am almost finished with the last phase of the program. I have lost 39 pounds and 39 inches and feel absolutely fantastic. I never once felt hungry, immediately began to feel an improvement, and have absolutely no cravings. Unlike any diet I had tried previously, this program is about getting into fat burning mode and gaining water weight, not losing it. The program helps to reverse your metabolic age. I honestly know I will never go back to my old eating habits. I feel way too good following this program. Plus I no longer struggle with acid reflux. I was taking two Prilosec a day and a handful of antacids just to get through the day prior to the program. I quit using them on day one of the program and have not experienced acid reflux since. I have been able to add back foods that caused reflux before such as tomatoes and red wine. (Yes, having an occasional glass of wine could be possible depending on the food list your body generates.)

I was a cheerleader in high school, always bouncing around until I reached peri-menopause. Don't give up hope like I almost did! After years of not looking forward to awaking in the morning because of my extreme back pain getting out of bed, I was referred to Dr. Cadwell. I had tried everything; PT, chiropractic, tons of Advil and Alive, and much more. Genesis attacked my pain from multiple directions and took the time to educate me. My journey started with having a couple appointments with my primary care doctor and I was getting a lot of answers that ended with let’s try this pill 💊. Im 62 yrs old and my journey started when I was told I needed a knee replacement but surgery would not be for 2 months….Thats when I contacted Genesis and booked an appointment with Dr. Todd Cadwell.

This place is life changing! I have had an incredible experience with the team at Genesis. I didn't go to them initially for their Body N Balance program, but have found it to be a radical way to reboot my health so my body can actually work properly to function and heal itself, as well as to gain energy and lose a lot of weight. I have to admit, their strategies are different from what I've always heard about health, but it makes sense once you understand it - and it just plain works. No treating symptoms - at Genesis, they go for the root of the problem.

After searching on line and trying to figure out why my knees are in so much pain. I’m thankful Genesis Medical came across my Instagram and I didn’t hesitate to book an appointment. After ONLY TWO visits slowly I’m starting to feel some improvement and less pain.
