I've never been to such an unprofessional salon. I should have known when I walked in and it smelled like an ashtray that I wouldn't be satisfied there. While my hair processed, the stylist went outside to talk on the phone and smoke. As my hair was being done the girls spoke negatively of the other employees and were such a caddy group, it wasn't what I wanted to experience.

I could tell the stylist was inexperienced and couldn't give me sound advice on what I should do with my style; instead tried to execute and miserably messed up my hair. Which was salvaged the next day at another salon.

They should try to take pride in their work and get training beyond their jobs and make it a career. This was a salon with trashy service and trashy stylists. And did I mention the smell?
