Michael and Ryan were awesome. The day after Christmas Ryan installed the battery for me in the cold and the wind dumped his tools. He was so nice and so helpful and I wish I would’ve tipped him but I spaced it. They were so great so helpful. I ended up at the store. Another auto parts gave me the runaround and I’m so glad I did.

Just went in today to return what Christian Brothers Automotive deemed a faulty battery. They tested it and everything seemed fine but they ended up letting me exchange it and pay the difference for a higher quality battery with no resistance at all. I met three gentleman who each took time to help me out, one of them being Phillip who showed understanding and compassion towards my problem. I would definitely recommend taking your business here as they are very willing to help. 10 out of 10 customer service!

These guys are the nicest. They are chill and helpful, but don't try to upsell things you don't need. They have helped test my battery two time, free of charge and happily. No attempts to sell me a new battery. Not to mention their helpful directions when you need a part.

I asked the lady to helps me to refill the anti-freeze and water liquid for sprinkler at my car. My car hood cant hold up itself so i had to hold it while she filled it up. She did great job!😊👍🏻she's very nice. Thank you for help!

Great service. Josh is absolutely first class. Because of his automotive experience & professionalism, he was able to quickly understand my problem, and guide me toward the right battery for the car. He then went outside with me and removed my old dead battery, and installed my new one for me—in less than 10 minutes. I’ve seen Nascar pit crews move slower. I can’t thank you enough Josh, you really saved the day!

Evan killed it. He helped us check our battery, and replace it, as well as wipers, all the while being personable and juggling an insane 5:30 rush in the bitter cold.

Amazingly helpful professionals at this store. Harley in particular was incredibly awesome in the way he helped me find a resolution to a problem no one else including myself seemed to catch for months. The folks I engaged with at this store were honest, humble, and yet chock-full of useful & applicable knowledge! 5 stars all the way, great job!!

I was very surprised by this visit, however it was non the less eye opening, I bought a part at a major dealership, I couldn't figure out how a piece fit together, so I took a chance to the counter person and he fit the piece together in a matter of seconds, I was happy, because I had no clue how to place part and even though I bought some where else, they help me when I needed it most! Great store and helpful!

I have been shopping at this location for years and have always been able to find the right parts for my vehicles. It's convenient for disposing of used oil and filters and the staff has always been friendly, courteous and quick to assist with anything needed. The variety ofcleaning products and tools available make for an awesome one- stop shopping experience.

I was looking for engine oil and A/C recharge. The Gentlemen were very nice and explained to my husband and I how to use the recharge. The Gentlemen came outside and watched as my husband used the recharge showing us where the low pressure port was on our car. I feel relieved that the customer service person explained the process and then helped us with the recharge. Thanks to them I can get the things I need for my car. 🙂👍

The General Manager, Jason, really did me a solid. Rather than say that his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do because corporate policy he went out of his way to make sure I was treated fairly. I will go out of my way to buy all of my auto parts at this store.
