Heather Hosack has been amazing. She has genuinely listened to me and has cared. It's been a breath of fresh air to just have an ally that genuinely cares. She knows what she's talking about, will help educate, she has a lot of empathy. I would change providers to keep her as my primary.

From the guard at the ER, to the nursing assistant through the night shift, each and every staff member has been fantastic. Kind, enthusiastic and completely competent. 6th floor, 4/14 and 15/2022. Please thank them all.

I love Dr. Pressler. She is kind and knowledgeable. She answers my messages promptly and really takes care of me. It’s comforting to have someone so sweet and friendly as well as caring.

The office is decent. Nothing special, and the equipment is a little outdated. The NP I saw seemed friendly. The nurse who took my vitals was a bit "stand offish". She also stated that my prescription would be sent to one pharmacy, and it ended up being sent to another. When the NP asked if the RN got my pharmacy, I said "yes alameda". Still, it was sent to the wrong place.
This resulted in me calling multiples times to multiple pharmacies until I finally called the office. Also, they spelt my name and my address wrong on my paperwork. To me, this is an issue with scheduling. If someone did not understand what I was saying when booking the appointment, it should of been clarified. Hopefully this isn't an issue when picking up the prescription.

On the plus side, I didn't have to wait longer then 10 min to get into a room and another 5 min or so to see the NP.

I've interacted with 2 providers and 3 MA's at this location and I never felt heard or cared for. The providers did not ask enough questions and instead assumed facts about my health and consequently prescribed medication I didn't see as fit. I was also referred to a specialist and after 3 appointments with them, they said I should have been sent to a different specialty. One of the MA's scoffed when I presented the bottles of medications I took even though this was listed as a necessity in my appointment email. I will be searching elsewhere for a primary care provider.

While I enjoyed Dr. Steele and was extremely impressed by Cindy (office manager), I was consistently disappointed by the administrative staff at this practice. Being unable to call the office for prescription renewal requests/being forced to utilize the MyChart chat feature frequently led to miscommunications, ignored requests, and once resulted in someone at the office making a baseless accusation that I had lied about picking up a prescription. Months after leaving the state/no longer being a patient I was surprised with a threat to send an outstanding invoice to a collections agency despite my online account showing a balance of $0. Would not recommend to patients that require consistent communication with/from their physician.

I have gone here for a couple of years for my annual checkup and seen Dr. Tripathi. He and one of his assistants named Rebecca are the only reason I have been coming back; if it were not for them this review would be zero stars (if that were an option). Dr. Tripathi and Rebecca are great to work with. However, recent changes in their administrative / phone system make things nearly impossible to call, speak with a person in the office, and get an efficient answer on anything related to blood results and/or necessary paperwork that may coincide with a company wellness program, etc..When you call the main phone number shown on their google page, you are re-directed to a 3rd-party phone group that takes all calls from patients. My experience this time around was that I was on-hold for roughly 30 minutes to even speak with the 3rd-party telephone attendants and then once they were able to take my call they would not connect me with anyone in the clinic to have a conversation. All they can do is take your message and pass it on with the caveat that it may be anywhere from 24-48 hours before you get a response back.

Furthermore, the reason why I was calling in the first place was due to the failure of the clinic to provide back paperwork to me and my insurance that I requested and gave instructions for numerous times throughout my appointment.

Them neglecting to follow through and provide the necessary paperwork as requested thereafter cost me roughly 2-3 hours of my own time attempting to coordinate / negotiate getting the appropriate information / paperwork to my insurance / wellness group program. I also had to spend more time re-transcribing all of the lab information into my insurance's interface because the filled out form was not scanned from the doctor's office to my insurance.

To me, attending a simple, 1-hour annual physical to obtain these results should not result in a 3+ hour task on my end to follow up.

If you want to attend a clinic where you can actually still have the ability to communicate directly with your providers without having to go back to the office in-person, then I would not recommend this place.

I personally will be searching for a new primary care physician and a new clinic.

Very happy with my Doctor and the medical staff. However, the company has very shady business practices. They overcharged me on a visit, and instead of a refund check they sent a prepaid debit card through a bank. Have to jump through hoops to activate it or get a check from the bank. How would they like it if I made my co-pay the same way?
