Quechee Gorge Visitor Center

Nice visitor center. Wish all the trails had been open while we were there. Pleasant staff and clean bathrooms.

Easy trek down to take in the gorge. Impressive view. Steep walk back up the gorge but plenty of spots to take a break.

Great hike down to the gorge!! Water was VERY low so lots of rocks to cross to get to it. Still a great hike!! Go under the bridge to the other side and you'll see the waterfall!

The natural.splendor and ease of access make this an immediate favorite road trip stop. The hiking trail and visitor center were well maintained and lots of fun.

The visitor center was staffed by helpful people, the interior was informative, clean and tidy. Unfortunately all trails were closed due to recent floods undermining paths.

Super awesome, great walk down... Long walk up... Buyer beware. Anyway what a great outdoors experience.

My husband and I went inside the Quechee Gorge Visitor Center after we saw the Quechee Gorge to get directions to VINS. The woman we spoke with was so nice!! I knew that we were close. The GPS just didn't recognize the address. We were even given a money saving coupon.

Very clean, spacious and peaceful campground. Also has showers! I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I hope to come back one day.

A beautiful place. There are longer trails down into the Gorge but I took the 5 minute trail to the bridge over the Gorge to get a better view.

BEAUTIFUL! Even on a rainy day, Nature's beauty left me speechless! Well worth pulling over to walk to the center of the bridge. Don't forget the welcome center just east of it!

Lovely trails and great viewing spots of the gorge!

Well worth a trip...if you like heights...avoid if you don't! I am glad I went, even though I held on tight!

So much fun I want to go back so bad. We got to jump off cliffs and swim in the river.

If you start from the trail near the bridge on the gorge it takes you from a pretty little trail to the Visitor center (you can also just drive or cross the road to go here)

Visitor Center across the street is a great place to visit also.

Small visitor center with mostly a gift shop. The real attraction here is a trail out the back leading down to the gorge which is a beautiful trail with a steep grade on gravel. At the end of a trail is a great swimming spot among rocks in the river at the bottom of the gorge.

Recommend stopping here on start of hike to get trail map and use the restroom especially if you have kids. Also has a nice little trail that connects you to trail that brings you down into gorge.

Nice easy hike with interesting views

Really beautiful! The gift shop was really nice and the people so friendly. We also did the hike to the center which took us through a wooded trail where we were eaten alive by bugs only to arrive at the center and realize it was right down the road from where we parked and we actually took the long way on the trail. 😂🤣
