I am completely satisfied with the auto service I received for my jeep wrangler. Kyle was professional thorough and easy to work with. The comprehensive inspection very insightful and found an oil leak. The oil service I received was done well and at a good price. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing car service,

Great experience! Quick turnaround and quality work. They have a great warranty on their work. I was presented with a few repair options to choose from. Chris was very pleasant to work with. Couldn’t be happier.

Chris and Kyle were very helpful in getting my work done in a timely and very professional manner and they were great to visit with while I waited. They took the time to take the extra steps in communication regarding the work to my truck and were very transparent with what I actually needed and never tried to "upsell" anything. It's great to have a local shop in the community you can trust and support. We will be taking all of our vehicles there moving forward!!

I had a great experience at Urban Autocare in Arvada! I took my car in for a comprehensive inspection and Chris did a great job explaining all the results! He was so knowledgeable and it was easy to trust his expertise! I dropped off my car in the morning and then urban auto ordered a Lyft that took me to work! So easy!

For the past 15 years, Kalvas has been the only vehicle repair company that I would take my car. After they were bought from this company, Urban Autocare, I thought I'd have to reconsider my options for services. I gave them a try when my spark plugs needed attention, which proved to be a great option! They were very friendly, educated, communicated amazingly and fairly priced. Great auto shop. This is my first time with Urban Auto, but I will return for all three of my vehicles. Very well run with full explanations of all costs and pictures and I was given a detailed printout of all work/checks performed.

They did a great job for me attending to an old Ford F-150 that needed some TLC. These guys are friendly and reasonable and talk with you about everything they’re going to do and why. …no upsell, either. They certainly make recommendations for scope of work, but I liked the way they categorize repair recommendations in order of importance from urgent and necessary to items they recommend, but are not critical and can be done at a later time/date.

Fair and honest and I highly recommend these guys for auto repair.

Urban auto care called me after a comprehensive look at my car with their concerns. They also sent pictures of what they discovered, giving me a chance to decide what I wanted repaired. The people were so kind and knowledgeable on what they thought was the most important things to fix. Will definitely be back for my next car service.

Called on a google search/review very prompt, polite and fast. Brought my Jeep by for a brake check and quoted an estimate, very reasonable and they have 3 other locations all with great reviews. Kyle checked me in. Very nice professional.
They send a follow up email with all work done and photos. Nice touch!

This is an updated review of the review I posted for Urban Autocare of Arvada on September 9th, 2023. Because I was extremely happy with the customer service I received at Urban Autocare, but a little uneasy with the cost of the service, I decided to do some comparison price shopping with several other repair shops in my area. After comparing prices for the oil change and brake service I received at Urban Autocare, I found that their prices were very competitive with the other shops. I also found their 4 year, 40,000 mile warranty to be around 4X the industry average. Because of the great customer service, exceptional warranty, and competitive pricing, I have updated my rating Urban Autocare of Arvada to 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone needing service done on a vehicle. I will definitely use them for any future repairs on my Toyota Camry.

I was impressed with how well I was kept appraised of the status of the repairs on my vehicle. I was also impressed with being given an estimate of what time the repairs would be completed, and that the repairs were completed sooner than the estimated time.

Great place; friendly and competent staff; needed vehicle inspection prior to purchase. Gave me a ride to a coffee shop, and picked me up too, when car was ready.

Great service! Very thorough, really good at communicating and explaining what my car needed. Will be going back for service in the future.
