Rockstar Pole Fitness

Rockstar has the best instructors and community, and the space is beautiful. There are a variety of classes to take, on different apparatuses, at lots of different times. There are intro to advanced classes so you can work your way up SAFELY. The instructors create a positive, inclusive, SAFE, creative, space for their students. There are frequently workshops hosted with visiting instructors, it is such an opportunity every time this happens.

In conclusion, there is no place quite like Rockstar!

I've wanted to try pole for a while and finally took advantage of the intro offer at rockstar at the end of last year. It was the best thing I've done for myself in years.

I have tried to get back into dance several times over the last 5 years. I would go to a class, or a few, but I wouldnt stay. This is because while I love dance, what I really need is a supportive, welcoming, and positive dance community. That is what rockstar is. You come to dance, but the spirit of the community is why you stay. It is what I havent felt in the dance community for a very long time.

Furthermore, the teachers are a wealth of knowledge. They are not only rockstars themselves, but they can meet you where you are and help you build the skills you need to improve. The owner, Jenna is absolutely wondeful. She is helpful, understanding, and guides you when you need assistance with anything at all.

I am so grateful that I started my pole journey at rockstar. I cannot imagine being anywhere else.

Exceptional Pole Fitness Studio! I've been doing pole fitness for almost eight years and have visited numerous studios, but Rockstar is outstanding. The sense of community, quality of instruction, and the studio's beautiful space are unmatched. I highly recommend it for pole enthusiasts of all levels!

I'm 41, had a spine surgery and I'm out of shape. What on earth am I doing? Having a fantastic time. Signed up for an intro class and I instantly fell in love. My instructor was awesome and so patient with my newbie self, and I loved seeing every shape and size represented. Muscles I didn't know existed are hurting, and I could not be happier with my experience. Sign up for intro classes and just go. You won't regret it.

I've been a member here for about two years. I love it. The instructors are supportive and knowledgeable and always want to see you succeed safely. Jenna has created an amazing space for all sizes and abilities. I highly recommend checking out their two-week introductory special and seeing the variety of classes offered because it's not just pole dance! It's strength training and floor work and aerial hammock and lyra and flexibility and twerk and burlesque. You can always try a new thing here, and I love that.

Great studio! I’ve taken a few classes here (pole and aerial) - Ella White teaches a great aerial sling class. She taught at a good pace and made sure to check in with all of us at the beginning of class to check our level (super important when in a class of mixed levels!) I would highly recommend! Check out her class!
Missy’s pole classes are also super fun and chill while also getting in a great workout!

I moved to Denver about a year ago and was lucky enough to have found this studio after a few months living here. All I can say is that this place is wonderful. they have such a variety of students, instructors, and classes... there is definitely something here for everyone!

I love coming here! My instructors Missie, Jessica R, Jessica M, and Ambre are so sweet, helpful, and they really care. I also love the diversity and positivity! Everyone is very kind and I hope it always stays this way. I’ve always struggled to workout and stay motivated but it comes easily when I’m here. Also I never felt comfortable going to a gym by myself because let’s be honest creepy dudes… I don’t have to worry about that and it’s so much fun!

Rockstar has changed my life! Not only are Jenna (the owner) and all the instructors fun and encouraging, but so are all the students! It truly is a family. They provide such a safe and accepting atmosphere to explore and just have fun while also getting a great workout!

This place is great! Love all my instructors! Particularly LOVE the aerial sling class. Been a little disappointed that last week or two that class has been maxed out and now one gets less time to do cool stuff! Hopefully the will get another class open for that because I will come back if it does! Still 5/5 because the teacher does what she can, even with way too many people in the class. Also this place is always clean! Definitely recommend giving any of their classes a try

This place I cannot say enough wonderful things about. Every single person on the staff, and every student I've interacted with are such wonderful people. The hard work and dedication to the students' saftey, well being, and the quality of the services offered are unmatched (I've traveled the country to lots of studios, too). This place has grown into such a shining community. If you've ever been curious, if you want something new, there are so many classes they offer outside of pole, you should just go. You will literally be a better person for it. The instructors are seriously goddesses.

I signed up for 50 Rockstar fitness classes without visiting and I have to admit, it has been one of the best most rewarding decisions I have made in my life. I signed up expecting to get a good workout and learn a new talent but Rockstar Pole Fitness is so much more than that. Every👏Single👏 Instructor 👏 has been AMAZING to learn from and just all around genuinely kind people to meet. From my first walk through, I felt like I was somewhere I belonged with people who accepted me, and that is one of the main vibes that make Rockstar Pole Fitness so Addicting. Thank you immensely, for offering this crazy fun fitness and so much more (words can not describe) for such a forgettable price! I recommend signing up for as many classes as you can I'm pushing towards 100 myself (don't forget to give yourself break days!) ❤❤❤

I can’t say enough good things about this place - I took my first pole class 2 years ago and it was amazing. Just started again and did pole 1 w/ Jess on Monday and she was remarkable! She was super upbeat, kind and mindful and I didn’t feel any pressure. She held such a beautiful space and I can’t wait to take another class of hers!

Ive been going here for a month and so far I’m loving it! If you are completely new to pole dance I encourage you to go to Rebecca dolana’s class. She usually teaches on saturdays. But I think all pole instructors have been great! I definitely recommend

I took a class with my girlfriend through ClassPass and the instructor (Missie) was just INCREDIBLE. What an amazing teacher and special person. The intro/level 1 class is for any skill level. Just go and have fun!

I wish this place wasn’t so far - I’d go once a week.

When I first went to rockstar, I committed to a contract before trying pole or walking in the door and it was a GREAT decision! I have now been going for roughly 3 years. It is a fun, empowering way to be fit and helps build confidence. I have made some of my closets friends at Rockstar and everyone is very kind. If you are considering trying it out, definitely do it! All levels are accepted and everyone encourages each other!

I love the instructors here. They're so fun, upbeat, welcoming, and helpful! If you're new to pole, this is a great place to start! You learn quickly, and have tons of fun doing it. I always love the music too!

I booked a bachelorette party with Rockstar Pole Fitness for 11 girls and communication was clear and helpful, even though I was the one that was a little frazzled and hard to get ahold of. They were patient and persistent in getting the details and correct date for the party. And the class…Ambre absolutely OVERdelivered. It was fun, relaxed, comfortable, engaging, everything and more that we could have imagined. Ambre did a fantastic job of making everyone laugh, feel sexy, comfortable and capable. We absolutely adored her. I would recommend Ambre 100 times over for such an event, and for any class, I’m sure. She’s a gem!

The instructors are amazing and there is quite a variety of classes (Pole, Lyra, Barre, etc.). I love Rockstar and always feel welcomed everytime I go!

Just finished Flexy Fit with Tracy! Loved it! Well balanced warm up workout into stretches. Tracy gave thorough explanations of technique and discussed scaling. Didn't play the music so loud that I couldn't hear her. Great class!
