Novo Coffee

So cute inside! We were drawn by their unique seasonal syrups. I got an iced espresso with the seasonal rosemary rumble and let me tell you, that savory-sweet infusion CHANGED MY LIFE. I didn't know savory coffee could be so amazing!

The barista here was super helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I appreciated the shop and signage which helped in making my decision to get a latte with their single origin of the week and a house made syrup (salted caramel). (Perhaps the single origin is seasonal, not positive). Anyways. Milk was frothed well with a good volume and fine milk foam. Would definitely recommend!

I happened to come across this place today, excellent coffee and very friendly staff. I have a lot to learn about coffee and am still exploring good coffee places, but this place is now in my top 2 goto cafés in the Denver area. Unfortunately it's about a half hour drive from my place, but I'll be back soon.

Had to hang out in the area and was so happy to find this place. I had Nitro cold brew and it was great, the only thing is they do out ice in it , which I personally don't like so you'd have to ask for no ice when ordering . Wanna try their espresso next time!!!

Amazing Coffee! Stayed with my friends in Denver and they took me here early on a Saturday morning. The place was really nice and had lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Super crowded but fast and friendly service. Delicious espresso and the food look pretty decent too. Ill be back for sure when I am in Denver next time.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Denver! The only negative I have is that it's in a super cute area, so parking can be hard to find and you may need to walk a little. The staff have been friendly each time I've visted and the coffee is tasty!

This little coffee shop is so quaint and cute. We happened upon it after food at Salt + Grinder (amazing btw) and had the most amazing Latte ever. They had a harvest spice latte they were doing and that with the oat milk is a perfect pair.
This space is also really great for working on and studying. Their touches on there foam art is also a quality of excellence!

Randomly Googled this coffee shop on 11/8/23 at 3:40ish pm the barista was incredibly nice and quick I got a Chai tea I loved the hint taste of ginger.

This is my go-to local coffeeshop. Consistently great coffee and pastries (go in the am before they run out) and a good atmosphere/vibe to hang out in. There’s something about the lighting and noise level that make it more pleasant than most coffeeshops to hang out in.

Awesome coffee, salted caramel latte was perfect, not too sweet and not bitter. Some of the best coffee I’ve had.

Delicious cappuccinos and friendly service. I left my headphones and charger in the shop while on a business trip and Novo Coffee went above and beyond to return them to me. Will be a customer for life whenever I am in Denver!

The coffee here is great. The vibe here is great. But I am leaving this review because of the kindness of the gentleman who was making coffee this afternoon. I was working at the coffee shop for about 30 minutes today and experiencing a lot of stress from work. He checked in with me when he could tell I was frazzled, which he obviously did not need to do. He showed me kindness and compassion that made me smile and really relieved a lot of my stress. That’s something that humans don’t always do for each other and I really appreciated it. This is a great spot and I will be back.

Great Coffee, Knowledgeable Staff on Coffee, and they have great pour overs. Kalita for singles, Cemex for more that one (also takes a $1 off.)

Love this place. The coffee is next level and I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019. I even drive up from boulder just to get a coffee every once and a while because I miss having it from the store everyday.

I love this little neighborhood coffee spot! Their lattes are amazing and they have a good selection of sugar-free syrups which I am always hunting for. The baristas are friendly and knowledgable. Although it's slightly more pricey than the average coffee chain, I think the vanilla cappuccinos are worth every penny.

Thank you SO much for having vegan options! Vegan burrito, almond milk, soy milk. It's great to know I can come here and eat and drink and be comfortable while working. You all are the best and are progressive in your views and offerings. Thank you for setting a trend in Denver!

Novo serves the best coffee around town. Well trained staff know the proper way to pour coffee. Yes, it can be as simple as water first then espresso. But, try telling that to a Starbucks employee. At Novo, you never need to worry about whether your coffee will delight or disappoint. It will always come out perfect.
