Mary is awesome! She’s the first hair dresser I’ve gone back to consistently in Colorado. She’s fun to talk to, easy to book appointments with, and her prices are reasonable. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing with color and cuts- I always feel like a more beautiful version of myself when I walk out! Another added bonus is that she’s always on time and works quickly :) I really appreciate that as I often have a busy schedule.

Mary’s cut my hair twice now, and both times the experience has been all-around wonderful, from the actual haircut to the way Mary makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. She really listens to what you want, and has given me exactly that, each time. I already have my next appointment scheduled!

Mary did a beautiful balayage and haircut! She blended my naturally dark brown hair, former highlights, and some gray to a nicely lightened look without the bleach blonde contrast. Over the course of two visits, months apart, she has been able to correct over-bleaching, damaged hair. I'm very pleased!

I'm 43 years old and what's left of my hair is not exactly a stylist's dream-date. Mary is really good at explaining all my options, telling me what she thinks would look good, and then letting me relax while she does the rest. I hate making choices, and Mary seems to understand that. I just want someone skilled enough to make this wreckage look good, and then I want to relax for a little while. Thanks to Mary, I'm a satisfied customer every time.

I really enjoyed my experience at Cutting Edge. Mary was very personable and easy to talk to. She understood exactly what I wanted for my hair, and executed it beautifully. I love my new haircut and will be back again. All in all a great experience.

Mary took my very damaged hair (from a stylist before her who bleached & colored it too long) to an adorable cute bob. She listened to everything I asked for but but also used her experience and knowledge to let me know I’d have to go a little shorter to cut off all the damage. I agreed and the results are a very cute asymmetrical bob. So grateful I came across her! Definitely check her out if you are in the need for a new stylist!

The salon was clean, full of natural light, and happy people! Mary did a fantastic job on my layered haircut and a lovely partial highlight. :) I will be recommending this salon to others, and I'll definitely be scheduling future appointments with Mary. :)

Mary is so cheerful when she is working and does the best job while smiling! Loves her profession and is great at understanding when you explain what you want. The whole family goes and love her talent with our hair!!

Kimmy is my stylist she is amazing I would recommend her to anyone. Even though I don't know all the stylists when I have been around them them they all seem very friendly and appear to be great stylists. The place always seems very clean.

I ruined my hair color badly at home. Maid appointment with Mary Shugrue and she was able to fix my mistake. Thank goodness, my hair looks fuller from her haircut and lovely color!!!
