This office is excellent. As a medical professional myself, I'm pretty particular and critical about my own medical providers including the staff. Reception staff was friendly and HELPFUL - when making the appointment, it was unclear if my insurance was accepted or not, the receptionist took the initiative to say "Let's book it, give me their phone number and I will confirm that before you get here." I really appreciated that - most offices pass that job back to you and get stuck in a phone tree and never really get a straight answer. Alexis was such a great hygienist - she was friendly, talked me through every step of the cleaning as it was happening, reviewed my x-rays with me and explained everything they were looking for. I don't think I've ever had anyone do that at any other dental office. She cleaned up the area after every step. She was everything I would want in an employee in my own office. Dr. Hinze was great and continually checked in throughout my exam and cleaning to make sure I was comfortable and immediately adjusted when I experienced any sensitivities. Everyone seemed happy to be at their job. It's clear the staff is treated well here. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Candelas is wonderful! The office is always clean, front desk is welcoming, and dental staff is always really prompt, focused, and knowledgeable while still being warm and approachable. I came in while pregnant for an extra cleaning (due to swollen gums) and the hygienist Claudia and assistant Alexis were awesome at giving me at home tips to keep my gums comfortable and teeth clean. Thank you both! I am really happy to be a client here and would recommend to anyone.

I recently moved to Colorado and had not chosen a new dentist yet, but I had a killer toothache and needed immediate help. After viewing the rating and reviews, I gave them a call and they were able to get me in right away. Not only did they explain all of my options but dealt with my insurance as well. The staff was super friendly and I'm extremely happy with my experience, I will be returning for all of my regular dental maintenance.

We love Candelas Dentistry! Going to the dentist can be uncomfortable but I feel at ease at this office. It is close to home, friendly from the time you schedule, to the end of your appointment.
They typically take x-rays and spend a good amount of time with you at your first visit.
Claudia was my hygienist and she was great! Super detailed, friendly, and explained what she was doing throughout the process.
Dr. Kim is also a great dentist and I felt heard and taken care of at my appointment.

I have been coming to Candelas Dentistry for 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and they make sure you have a comfortable experience. Dr Hinze and assistant Carlile were great.

I called the office and someone picked up right away. They verified my insurance and everything is digital so it was very easy for me. Meeting Dr. Hinze, Claudia, the hygienist and Carlisle was a great! Everyone explained everything and took the time to show me every detail on the x-rays. They were patient at answering my questions. Had a great experience at Candelas! Went in recently for a deep cleaning and every step of the way was a breeze. The staff was delightful to work with, shoutout to Kendra for making me feel right at home! Dr. Hinze did an amazing job and so did the assistant staff. The best dentist/hygienist experience I have ever had! Both Claudia, my hygienist and Dr. Kim were very thorough, kind and gentle. I can highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have received wonderful dental services from Candelas Dentistry. Dr. Kim and staff are welcoming and professional. I have been to the office twice so far, once for cleaning and again for a crown. Moni, Dr. Kim’s assistant could not be any nicer and she does an excellent job. I’m very pleased with Candelas Dentistry.

Doctor Kim and her staff are wonderful. From the moment you come in, the staff welcomes you warmly and everyone makes sure that you feel comfortable. If you have anxiety going to the dentist like I do, this is the place for you! Shout out to Annie in particular, who helps you navigate through the insurance maze to make sure there is no surprises.

I felt very welcomed when I went to my appointment. It was a comfortable environment and the office was clean and all the staff was welcoming. Dr Hinze and Ce both did a great job with my cavity filling at my appointment! They were very knowledgeable and thorough!

I visited this place because my crown fell off the other day which other dentistry made for me long time ago. Dr Kim was so nice not only to put the crown back but kindly give all the detailed explanation for the really needed treatment of my other tooth. I highly recommend Dr Kim to everybody for her professional attitude and for her kind mind.

Highly recommend this office! I have anxiety and really bad experiences in the past, but this place made me feel comfortable. I went because of a toothache, and Dr. Hinze did a really good job and offered me different treatment options for the pain.
