Love this place - great classes, community, and instructors! I took a Vinyasa class today with T that was absolutely wonderful. One of the best I've ever taken! T is a great instructor - kind, energetic, and encouraging. She has a gentle way of helping you challenge yourself and making you feel comfortable trying new things! She clearly loves what she does - I'd highly recommend T!

I’ve been doing aerial yoga at Prana for a few months now and absolutely love it! The space is so comfortable and inviting and the instructors are all kind & knowledgeable. Coming to class is my favorite part of the week!

Abhyanga Oil Treatment is unlike any Massage I ever had. It's a treat for the Body and Soul. The warm Oil feels amazingly luxurious. Combining it with Shirodhara brings the experience to another level. Loved it!

I hesitate to write this because I'm sure PranaTonic doesn't want to be known as giving free childcare, but I am so grateful to Kimbal and Shanti that I have to share. I've been going to PranaTonic for over 10 years, and I recently had a baby. Currently, I'm visiting Kimbal/PranaTonic to help with some postpartum healing, and have been taking my newborn with me since I have no childcare currently. In addition to her incredible intuitive approach to wellness, Kimbal takes the time to be with me, she gives me space to breastfeed if necessary, and then helps entertain my baby if he needs some loving while I'm getting poked. Kimbal and Shanti are making it possible for me to get some much needed healing and restoration. I highly recommend Kimbals accupuncture and I look forward to getting back to yoga (and Aerial Yoga!!). in a couple weeks there too! Thank you PranaTonic!

Kimball is Absolutely amazing. She is very responsive and will get you in amazing time. I am very sensitive so it was very awesome that I had an amazing massage from her without any pain. She's is the only massage therapist who has completely relaxed and eased me . Amazing energy I can't wait to come back (: will definitely be bring referrals!

Along with everything they have to offer, you must catch a Zumba class with Kimball... she is just amazing and really cares about her clients.

I recently attended the Meditation and Stress Reduction 6 week workshop. I've always been intimidated by yoga and meditation - but Kimball and Greg made the practice so accessible. The class and the teachers were simply amazing - it was a life changing experience and the best thing I've done for myself in years!!! I highly recommend giving this studio a try!!

A beautiful, welcoming space, centrally located in the heart of Golden with great energy. Greg and Kimball are fantastic. I've received acupuncture here and look forward to attending an upcoming yoga class and sound bath!

PranaTonic was my first introduction to yoga. I started on the $30/30 days deal and have stuck around for the amazing instructors! My schedule pushed me towards Jen and Ben's classes, but they're both amazing instructors, so no complaints here! They've both been extremely accommodating to my lack of experience and kind in correcting postures. Jen's mini sermons during the lessons also give me something to reflect on when I head home. I'm really glad I found this studio. 😄 I try to make it 3-4 classes a week now.

Amazing studio, tried aerial yoga for the first time and Susan made me feel comfortable and welcome. Also tried the restorative aerial and they was also amazing!

This is a terrific, friendly little studio. I've taken classes with several instructors who have all been very attentive to me individually, which is rare in my experience of group classes. It's not glitzy, and the other students I've met have a wide variety of abilities, ages and bodies!

I attended the "Stretch & Relaxation" class before my run on Saturday and Kimball is a great instructor. After I told her about my former knee injury, she made sure my stretches were deep, and even brought out sandbags. My run went absolutely smoothly and I had no knee issues afterwards, so I'll definitely make this a routine now. Thank you Kimball!

PranaTonics is a very inviting and encouraging studio. The class sizes are small and personal and each class is tailored to the needs of the students that day. I highly recommend this yoga studio and its team of dedicated yoga instructors.

Have been going for acupuncture and my husband got cupping done and wants to get it done again. Great experience. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I look forward to my appointments every time!

What a fantastic yoga experience. I always leave feeling energized, yet calm and centered. I have worked through injuries with the talented staff, but also appreciate the open ended levels of difficulty. I go to yoga to burn off steam and want to be drenched when I leave. PranaTonic is fantastic.

Beautiful space for yoga with knowledgable, fun instructors. Kimball' acupuncture helped heal a severely torn hamstring that threatened to end my yoga practice and horse show season (before it even started). Thanks to her care I was riding and practicing yoga in a few weeks. No drugs. And her teas are te BEST. PranaTonic is overall health and healing place of no equal.

I have been working with them for a week, as of this writing. And I already feel at home. They take the time to watch you as you move thorough the Asana's. They understand our limits and tailor each position to each student. All the instructors have been amazing. I will be with them until I graduate from Colorado School of Mines.

LOVE to experience yoga at Pranatonic. The instructors are consistently excellent yogis and instructors. The leadership is very interested in collecting and applying student input. Pranatonic possesses a calm, wonderful, cocoon in which to practice and learn about yoga.

My experience with Shanti and Heart Centered Meditation and Ayurveda is amazing; I am feeling more confident about healing. I feel more centered and at peace.
