Had an oil change and tire rotation done the other day. It was my first appointment with my 5 month old. I decided to bring our stroller with to transport him around easier while we waited. Everyone was so generous at grabbing the door for us and asking to carrying things and or asking if they could get us something to make it easier for me. To have that type of service is outstanding. I can’t thank the VH team enough for always being so kind. Keep it up! This Mama thanks you.

It was a long wait to get the car repaired, but it was all done to perfection. A delightful surprise to also have the car detailed, just like new. The garage worked it out with the insurance company, so the check was ready when the work was done. Riding to Ashland is always a nice trip. Thank you for all of this.

Brought my car into Matt Moran to get my front end fixed and Cpl other things. He did an EXCELLENT JOB!! You can’t even tell anything ever happened to it. He also detailed it! Couldn’t have asked for a better job. HIGHLY recommend him to get any body work done!!!

Very trustworthy dealership! Had to do most of my investigation of the new car over the phone, since they were located over four hours away. They had pictures, we’re very honest about the state of the vehicle, and then delivered it after my purchase. Gave me a guaranteed timeframe in case there was anything wrong, but the car was excellent and as described. Cannot recommend more. There was even an awesome welcome kit left in a vehicle for me.

My Tahoe had a recall and needed a heated seat chip. I had to cancel my first appt and felt so bad about that but the service department was so understanding and kind! They rescheduled in a timely manner and were so friendly when I got there.
