I’ve used a few insurance/broker companies in the past including Mile high, I’ve also left them to find better rates and the time I did that I was left unhappy with the service I received so I came back to Mile high insurance. Todd makes sure I’m up to date on everything from personal insurance, life and business. He takes the time to educate me on what’s going on and making sure I’ve got the best rate. I recommend them to who ever I know looking for insurance, these guys are the best. They go above and beyond!

When I first spoke with Todd I agreed to get a quote just to see if we could save some money. I wasn't expecting the process to be so quick or beneficial to me! Todd is exceptional. He is responsive and genuinely cares about his clients having good coverage. I'm very choosy with my insurance brokers and agents I work with. I used to work in insurance, and tend to have higher standards than most. I really prefer brokers who focus on retention and policy maintenance, rather than just new business. I also require an agent whom makes sure coverage is appropriate for the household, not just meeting legal liability limits. This is Todd, 100%! Great customer service here!

Todd Shafer has been so easy to work with! I also find he is very thorough and takes the time needed to find the best policies for us. Saved us quite a bit of money also! We are moving all of our insurance policies (auto, home, life, motorcycle) over to him. So glad he will be watching, so that I don't have to compare rates every year or two, he will do that for us. I changed my policy with Todd and unfortunately had a claim 5 days later. I am glad it was after the change. My new policy was less expensive and had much better coverage with half the deductible.
Todd was also helpful in filing the claim.

Nick has been the coolest and he is super honest and actually cares... A1 customer service and I'll more than likely be a customer for life. I had been with Allstate for a number of years simply because their rates were the lowest. Todd was not only able to lower my rates, but provide me with better coverage on all of my autos, and home! It is also really nice being able to talk to my agent when I call, and not a dispatch center or a junior agents working within a large agency. Its nice being treated like a person and not another number.
