Kristen Walden is very through, listens and communicates well. I REALLY like her. She is a benefit to Kaiser. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to get her and will be asking for her in the future. Great to have people like her in the medical field.

Dr. Welle and the entire staff of those whom I encountered at the Ward Clinic were exceptional from the front desk check-in employee to the doctor himself, ending with those at the prescription counter!

I was hesitant going into Kaiser again. I was a patient 10 years ago and the doctor I had was not the best, missed a lot of BIG problems like a blood clot because he thought I was too young. After meeting Dr. Merkert he made me feel so welcome, he listened, was very kind, made me feel comfortable when talking about private matters and sent me for multiple labs to double check everything!

Dr. Gale was super thorough in his exam and his review of my medical record related to knee pain. He was also very detailed in discussing available options to me. He was a good listener and I felt empowered as part of the decision-making process for treatment.

I also appreciated the care from the medical assistant who provided other parts of my care today. I was happy with how quickly I was able to be seen, since I was having significant pain.

This one of the less crowded KP offices, very efficient, internal Medicine Dr. Camille Chan is the best, She cares for her patients and will see that it gets addressed and resolved. This office has appointments on Saturday for cases where it needs a follow up if your Dr. is on turn. Pharmacy is wonderful, efficient and helpful every time, there’s maybe lines sometimes but they’ll get you checked in in no time. They’re problem solvers so you won’t have to worry if you don’t have a refill, if you call ahead of time would be better so they can requested to your physician and have it ready when you can pick it up. Oftalmology is excellent, eyes concerns are a delicate matter, I was happy to count on Dr. Juba to get it under control.

I’m nine months pregnant, high risk, and I wish I had come here sooner. Erika, the nurse, is excellent and makes me and my baby feel special. She will say things like baby girl looks gorgeous, how’s Amelia? Talk me through the ultrasounds and explain what she’s doing; she’ll ask about my nursery and make me feel human and excited about being a first-time mommy! I also have anxiety, and she lets me chill for 15 minutes before checking my blood pressure. My baby girl and I feel comfortable and happy here, and we will never go to Westminster again!

My teen had a bad experience with a phlebotomist at the Lakewood Kaiser Lab and was nervous to have her blood drawn again. Her Dr not only reassured her but went with her to the lab to make sure she was comfortable. It was amazing and I am so grateful for her kindness. Next time she needs her blood drawn I know she will be more comfortable because of Dr. Lemoine's kindness.

I have always been very satisfied with the care I get from Dr. Merkert; such was the case this time. I feel confident regarding what I should monitor and what I should do if I a similar incident would occur in the future. I'm also excited about the foreseeable benefits of using AI at Kaiser as Dr. Merkert is part of a test group using AI, and he demonstrated the benefits regarding my visit and how it will enable doctors to better diagnose, treat, and advise patients regarding there particular malady.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Jason Juba and he was excellent! Very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. I will definitely go back to him again. Technician who preformed tests before seeing the doctor was also excellent.

First of all, I love that Kaiser has a phone number I can call that directs me to locations with “walk-in” non-emergency hours. When an opening at wheat ridge opened, I went in.
Second, the team there operates so efficiently. I especially like Karen Byrns. She is courteous and helpful and made my day when she replaced a broken charging card for free. Keep up the great work, you’all!

Nurse Denise did a fast and professional job on a COVID booster, even fitting me in before my scheduled appointment! She had a great attitude and I really appreciated her.

I went in for an annual eye exam and also assistance with a DMV form in order to renew my driver's license. Dr. Barthram and her medical assistant were very polite, professional and helpful.

Greeted promptly by medical assistant. Did a good history collection and put drops in my eyes to be ready for Dr. Warner. Dr. Warner gave me our thorough examination and explained about my condition. Set up a follow up appointment in a month.

I injured my ring finger while getting some heavy dishes out of a cabinet shelf that was above my head. My finger was discolored and swollen and I wasn't sure what the injury was that caused these symptoms. I first had a phone consultation and the nurse decided it was best to come in and have the injury assessed in person.

I went in to see Dr Eugene Tan for the first time two days ago. I was having a lot of pain in my right shoulder. It had already been x-rayed and determined I had tendonitis. It had gotten worse over the last week. I was very happy with the cortisone injection Dr Tang gave me my right shoulder. He explained everything very well. And my pain has eased up a lot. Thank you Dr Tan!

The imaging specialist was very personable and professional. She explained what I should expect. The information and her demeanor made me comfortable. She is really an asset to Kaiser!!

My therapist, Doug, was excellent. Worked with me to help with areas of discomfort. He was never judgmental and helped me understand what levels of improvement to expect. He also gave me exercises to help with other problem areas.

Dr. Ward in the Wheatridge office is the best doctor I have ever had. She never seems like she’s hurried or just wanting to get the visit over with. She’s kind and listens to what I need and the symptoms I am having. She should get a raise and a bonus. She’s the reason I still am with Kaiser.

Check in system worked well. Wait time was 5 minutes. Everything was great - on time, the PT was professional and friendly. Appointment was very helpful.

New doctor was seen this time and their bedside manner was fantastic. In general, was able to talk about all of my health concerns and get the help and guidance that was needed.
