Care Animal Hospital

Ok, this team is the absolute best! First of all, they provided a Sunday afternoon appointment! Then there was no wait time - we got right in. The vet and the vet tech (I didn't get their names but they are awesome) were excellent with my Golden Retriever (Paco). They were super gentle, very friendly with him and completely knowledgeable on any questions I had. More than 5 stars if it were possible.

I don’t know how we got so lucky to find Care Animal Hospital but it was just in time. Our 11 year old dog had gone to Indian Tree Animal Hospital all her life but they were horrible to us and it was solely about money and not a care or understanding for our dog. We switched to Care and they were amazing. They took us in same day within the hour when we knew our dog was suffering. They did an ultrasound sound and found out she had a massive tumor. Doctor Zagurski explained the options and we had to make a very hard decision. The end of life services he provided were exceptional and so caring. They made sure we were ok and told us not to worry about payment that day. I’m still blown away about the care we received. Thank you to all the staff members and Dr Zagurski. We will never go anywhere else for our pets.

I have been going to Care Animal Hospital for over 30 years. There is no other Vet clinic that I would trust as Care Animal Hospital. I highly recommend them for every pet and animal needs. They are a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable Veterinarian clinic! Dr. Gilbert is truly one of the best Veterinarians in Colorado!

I love this vet clinic! My pets have been seeing Dr. Alberg for 4+ years now. She’s incredibly kind and professional, and you can tell she and the rest of the team really love and care about all the animals they work with. My dog has high anxiety at the vet and they always do their best to make us both as comfortable as possible. ❤

I’ve had wonderful experiences at Care with my puppy (now adult) and senior cat! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they truly love animals. Dr. Gorden is so knowledgeable and kind. She does a great job of helping me balance the well-being of my pets and managing costs. I like the options of their Paw Plans to help with the financial responsibility of being a pet owner.

Our lil 🐶 had his castration done at C.A.H. last week. They called me after procedure to let me know he did well and they’d be monitoring him for side effects of anesthesia. I appreciated this since our last dog suffered a severe brain injury with anesthesia during a dental cleaning (at a different vet) and died hours later.
I do ❤ Dr Ahlberg at Care Animal hospital and will be taking Sammie there for all of his health care needs.

I cannot recommend this practice enough - they are wonderful to my cats (one who is especially high strung and chaotic) at their regular vets visits, but have been incredible accommodating in emergency situations as well. Their staff and vets are patient and kind and will do as much as possible to help your pet. I highly recommend taking your pets here!

Incredible staff and very welcoming office! I recently moved to Colorado, so switching vets was a very daunting task but this facility was well worth the research and the care that they give my dog is incredible. Megan, my vet, is VERY knowledgeable and great with my pup (which is very hard to do!). THANK YOU!!!

We’ve had a great experience each time we’ve been to Care Animal Hospital. Each of the vets have been thorough and professional. Most recently we saw Dr. Fox. She gets down on the floor to examine my nervous pups. She’s so kind and patient, and answers all of my questions. Thank you, Dr. Fox!

We had a wonderful first visit with Care! Everyone from the front desk, vet techs and Dr. Gilbert were incredible. You can tell these folks really love animals 😊 We were also very impressed with how thorough the new patient visit was in comparison to other vets we’ve seen in the past. All of the staff at care animal hospital are so knowledgeable, thorough , and kind! We have been going to Dr. Gilbert for years, he is the greatest!

This was our first visit to Care Animal Hospital with our kitty Punkin. The office is warm and inviting with separate entrances for cats and dogs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gorden was very gentle with our stressed kitty and relaxed her. The exam was thorough and so was Dr. Gorden when she explained the results to us. We highly recommend the Care Animal Hospital.

This was our first visit to Care Animal Hospital.
We found a small lump on our dog’s chin in addition to him having several bouts of vomiting. Dr. Fox and her assistant (sorry I don’t recall her name) gently and thoroughly examined our fur baby. An aspiration of the lump was done, it was benign thank goodness! Dr. Fox also prescribed a stomach sensitive dog food for several months. Our little guy seems to be doing much better. The entire staff was very friendly and caring, would definitely recommend this clinic.

I don't usually leave reviews, but our experience with Care Animal Hospital was so positive that I felt inclined to! Care Animal Hospital was able to see us within a week for our dog's initial exam (our dog is a new patient with no urgent medical concerns). Upon arrival, we were welcomed and treated with care by Lynette at the front desk. When it was time for our appointment, Conni and Dr. Fox made us feel completely at ease. Their positive approach to animal welfare was clear throughout the whole appointment. From sitting on the floor to be at the same level as our dog to make her feel comfortable, to taking their time between different exams to not overwhelm her, to even brining her a toy to distract her when it was time for a nail trim, our pup has never had such a positive experience at the vet! On our way out, another dog was entering who was nervous about going to the vet, and Lynette made sure the dogs used different doors to put both dogs at ease. We really appreciate their attention to detail and level of commitment to each animal's welfare. We would definitely recommend Care Animal Hospital to anyone looking for veterinary care in the area. I had a wonderful first experience here. Not only was all of the staff friendly and welcoming, but they were knowledgeable and able to help my cat. I was able to get him in for a same day appointment, and when I called back with a concern following his procedure, they were quick to get me back in for a quick check. And the bill, I was shocked by how cheap it was, the same treatment at another place cost us over triple just two weeks ago. We are super happy and will continue to take our cat here for all his needs.

I am absolutely floored by this place ❤. We used to go to the corporate chain veterinarians. I was tired of feeling like me and my animal were being upsold and looked at like a product. At care it’s all different. We were genuinely cared for! The staff at Care went out of their way for me at every chance. From ease of phone communication, to feeling like my animals are safe when they are there.

Update! It’s been a week since her dental surgery and Care has reached out to us TWICE to check in. We were called on the phone and then a gift came in the mail for my dog! Thank you again so so much. I’m speechless 🧡

Had heard great things about this place and came recommended so I thought I would give them a try after I wasn't very impressed with the other vet I went to. I would like to say that I am very picky as to who I choose because of bad experiences in the past with other vets and different pets. The staff was so nice and welcoming! I had several questions to ask and Dr. Zagurski took the time to answer and didn't make me feel rushed. Best part, my dog had kisses and tail wags for everyone. When my pet is happy, I am happy.
This is my go to vet from now on.
