I don't understand all of the negative reviews, though I have not had any alterations done here. I have been taking my dry cleaning here for years. I have always received a printed receipt with the fee when I have dropped off my clothes, and that is what I have been charged when I go back to pick them up. The same woman has always been there at the counter and has always been polite. I wouldn't keep going back if they weren't doing a good job.

We have used this dry cleaner since moving here 4 years ago. Everything has turned out well. We've had lots of cleaning and several alterations. They have never lost a single garmet. Overall, very satisfactory.

Awesome place I took my girlfriends blazer in around 12 o'clock noon and they had it cleaned by 5:30!!

The prices are great and the quality is great! You pay for what you get! They are always so friendly and helpful!

Hours wrong does open till 8. I saw the poor reviews want to post. I have Been going here for four years and have had great service. I get clothes cleaned and alterations. They have always been prompt, professional and satisfied with cleaning. The owner is an older Asian lady. She is quiet and kind. One time they couldn’t find my items. It took her two days. She was distraught, apologetic and truly sad. She looked furiously and found them. I find that sincerity and pride of work rare. It was no bother to me at all. She did all the right things.

We've been going to this Dry Cleaner for 12 years and they are great !! If you need something hemmed she does a great job and doesn't charge that much! If you need something dry cleaned in a hurry they are very accommodating. They are always friendly and courteous Highly recommend Westwood Cleaners.

Is $55 too much for a queen comforter/duvet?

I have to say I'm angry as I write this, because the folks that own this business are very kind and nice people. HOWEVER, after I brought my newly purchased dress shirt in to have it "fitted", and they did a pretty good job, I decided to bring two more shirts in to have the exact same alteration done. I got them back in a far "less-than-good" state (total hack job, honestly). I brought them back and kindly asked if they could fix what they had done, at least to the standard that they had exectuted on the first shirt, and they came back like a botched surgery. I'm very upset, and will be finding another local alteration business to see if they can fix the job they did- my shirts are embarrassing looking and unwearable.

ALSO- I have brought clothing in for dry cleaning, expressly for them to get rid of body odor, and they have come back still smelly!!!

I found a stain on my wedding dress the week before my wedding. Unfortunately i purchased it and got the alterations done in San Diego, so we had to find somewhere in Arvada to get it cleaned quickly. My mom took my dress to this place to see if they could dry clean it before my wedding. The lady at the front took the dress out of the bag and just threw it onto a chair behind her. That did not make my mom feel comfortable right off the start. Then they would not give her an estimate of when it would be ready or the cost. My mom asked for the dress back because she did not want to leave it. The lady just threw it back on the counter towards my mom. Will never go back to this place as I cant believe someone would not treat a wedding dress delicately.

I dropped off 4 items for dry-cleaning on 6/18/18. I laid out all 4 items on the counter, 2 dresses and 1 mens suit. I was quoted $34.00 which is fine. Then today 6/23/18 I stopped by to pick up my dry-cleaning, the lady (same lady) said I owed her $50.25. I was surprised and asked why? I told her I was quoted $34.00 by her on Monday. I told her I would only pay the quoted price and she said that if I only pay her $34.00 that she would keep my "Mother of the Bride" dress and tore the plastic on my order. What? How rude and ridiculous. She then said, "Do you think you are perfect?" At this point it's not about money anymore, but about the principal of her making a mistake and not making it right with a customer. I again told her I would only pay $34.00 the fair price and she took my credit card and tricked me and charged me the full amount. I'm new to this dry cleaner and I certainly won't be back. Another customer (who heard the conversation) told Sarah to credit me back the $16.25 and she refused. This lady (Sarah) who I believe is the owner is horribly rude, laughed at me, accused me of being perfect and did not do the right thing. Again, it's not about the money anymore, but being treated with respect. I left in tears not because of the money, but because she treated to keep my dress, which I obviously need. What a terrible business. I've since this event, visited Yelp and Google Reviews and there are many instances where this same lady has treated people badly. STAY AWAY!

I dropped off my fiancés suit and dress shirt to be dry cleaned for our wedding. When I went to pick them up the lady showed me a stain on the white dress shirt and said they tried 3 times and could not get it out. I dropped the shirt off brand new, never worn and there was no stain. She tried to say that my husband dropped it off that way, when I was the one who dropped it off. Upon further examination of the shirt it was clear that the shirt was burned from some sort of heat on the end of the sleeves and near the collar. The shirt is out of stock and can no longer be purchased to match the other men in the bridal party. The lady was yelling at my mother and I and then angrily opened the cash drawer and gave us the $6.95 dry cleaning fee for the shirt, only after another gentleman that worked there insisted. She refused to refund the rest of the dry cleaning or pay for the shirt they ruined. We were planning to have our entire bridal parties dresses and suits cleaned here as well as my wedding dress, but I will never come back here and want to save other's the same experience. This lady was so rude and refused to take responsibility for something that so obviously happened there!!!
