The team at Andersen's has been terrific with my complex Volvo V60 issues. I had been taking it to the dealership but never again. Andersen's was diligent, conscientious and kind. They even provided a loaner. Thanks So much!!

This place is great, I've been using them for several years. I've taken my VW here for regular maintenance, and I also get diesel emissions testing done here for my truck. Every time I've had a great experience - absolutely zero complaints

This was our first time here and the did a great job. Gave us a fair price and quickly made the repairs. We will return if we need anything further and would recommend them to friends and family in the future.

They replaced an engine inn out 1995 850 Volvo. Finding the engine was a chore and installing it took a lot of effort. Their charge for this was very reasonable and the service is always great. They are our go to people after our mechanic of 30 years retired a number of years ago.

Andersens has been servicing our Volvos for at least 6 years. Always courteous, helpful, trustworthy and reliable, cost is fair. Most recently Firestone in Evergreen lost my tire locks/key (went to Firestone in a pinch, mistake, Firestone lost my tire key while installing snow tires) but the bottom line is that Andersen’s worked kindly, patiently, helpfully to resolve this ( they couldn’t complete my brake work, due to Firestone error, until I had a new set from dealer). Had a loaner from Andersens even. They made a lot of phone calls on my behalf to assist. Prior to the brake appointment they reviewed the brakes at last minute to ensure I was safe to drive as I had dashboard notification right before Christmas). Andersens is a “true gem” business whose focus is on customer safety, experience and value. And the front office is kind and helpful too!

The team was great. They got me in on short notice and were able to complete the work on time. Next time I go back (which I definitely will!), I'll be sure to ask for specific pricing details up front, but the work performed was complete, the service was great and the pricing is fair.

I went in there to try to repair the squealing front brakes of my Porsche Macan. The mechanic, Jim, explained to me how my new brake pads were not compatible with my old rotors and in all likelihood the really loud and annoying squealing would continue with little improvement. He suggested that I try power washing the brakes and burnishing them by performing repeated high speed runs with high speed stops. I had done this before, and had spoken with other repairmen, to no avail.

I asked what the the correct solution would be and he suggested a fresh set of rotors and pads which would mate with each other and not cause any squealing. The owner, Kurt, was able to fit me in the next day and I had new akebono pads and rotors put on the car for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with their service, their understanding, and their knowledge. I would recommend anyone who is in need of foreign car service to check them out.

Couldn't recommend them more! The team took great care of our Passat's faulty heating system on short notice before lengthy travel this winter. They had a loaner for me to borrow as well. Jim is the man.

Everyone at Anderson's was friendly and helpful. They were upfront about the expected charges for my service and got me scheduled in a reasonable time. My car was ready the very next day after dropping it off. I had several friends recommend them saying that they were honest and did quality work. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend them!

I’m very grateful for Andersen’s! I had some car trouble close by and came in without an appointment in a bit of a panic. They helped me right away and were able to get my car fixed quickly. They also provided a great estimate for some other work I needed, which I’ll come back for in a few weeks.

This is my new go to body shop for everything for my 2008 BMW X3. We recently moved to the area and I’ve seen a lot of mechanics in my life and I have zero doubt this small operation is more knowledgeable, cares more, and offers better pricing than anyone else I’ve ever seen. I feel fortunate to have found them and will be a loyal returning customer. To illustrate how they go above and beyond: they offered to drive my car to get the emissions inspection to help me out! Highly recommended.

We have had our Volvos serviced at Andersen's Foreign Car Service since about 1980. At least six Volvos later we are still with this family company. We obviously believe that they are good, competent, and honest in their repair of our Volvos, which is why we are still very much appreciative of their company and people. We can unreservedly recommend them to other vehicle owners for their needed repairs and servicing. We are repeating this recommendation this October 2023.

We've driven by this shop for years, always busy and so finally when we were way overdue to get our '22 Q3 in for a 6000 mile inspection, with other shops having really long lead times and the dealers of course wanting $$$$ for what's basically an oil change, I gave them a call. Got an appt within about 1 week.

Great shop - friendly greeting inside, including from Willow the big Lab, and waited for my ride in a really comfy area while Willow enjoyed a butt rub.

About $200.00 and that's fine, they used the correct Euro 0--20 oil and did a full inspection, that oil is pricey. No claims that it needed this or that, just good honest work and done on time.

I bought a new MB and took it there for a full inspection. I was more than impressed with the details provided, the vibe of the office and them providing knowledge vs feeling being taken advantage of. I will be a lifetime customer!!

I took my car to Anderson’s after another shop claimed my turbo needed replaced due to a boost issue it was having. Not only were they able to figure out the real issue, it ended up being loads cheaper than what the other shop quoted. They seem very detailed oriented and honest. I would happily bring my Volvo back Anderson’s.

Very thorough with trying to find the issue on my audi. Very nice when needing to speak to them as well.

Amazing and extremely quick service. Best experience I’ve had since owning my A4. Typically I’m used to waiting weeks on end to get my car back, regardless of the issue. Andersens fixed and had it ready within 1 day after dropping it off. Easy fix or not, it’s very much appreciated and will continue to bring my service here.
