Always a great experience, and I wanted to say that I have loved my teeth whitening treatments that I've done! It was easy with one in office treatment, and then they sent me home with gel to put on afterwards. Thank you so much for having such a friendly and convenient office!

I consider myself a loyal patient at this point Dr. Paylor and his staff are caring, personable and do great work. His new hygienist, Rachel, cleaned my teeth yesterday and she was meticulous! I have extremely sensitive teeth and she was considerate & kept checking in with me to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. Love supporting a local business!!

For my first impression: I really like this dental office. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and cozy. My dental hygienist, Leah, was on time for the appointment, very personable, and had wonderful technique. I have good dental hygiene and have experienced pain and significant discomfort during routine cleaning procedures (at other dental offices) involving the dental pick as well as polishing. Leah got my teeth super clean without irritating my gums and very minimal discomfort due to sensitivity. I didn't have much interaction with the dentist as I didn't need any extra work done, but he was a nice guy as well. I will be back!

Dental experiences do not usually have a reputation of being desirable, and many have the potential to cause a certain level of trauma. It is evident at this particular dental office that there is a culture of compassion and empathy for this concept as evident by literally every employee maintaining a level of interaction with the customer with an extremely high level of professionalism, kindness void of judgment, and genuine care for the experience of each individual. The folks at the front desk radiate positive energy and are warm and welcoming, the dental hygienists are compassionate and honor how things as simple as a cleaning could trigger certain trauma and are fully responsive to this, and the doctor himself is communicative, honest and straight forward such that is capable of having hard conversations with compassion. You cant avoid the experience of a dental exam being difficult (nobody likes to get their teeth dug in to), but you do have control over how you work together to make the experience comfortable - both physically and socially; This team is nothing less than exceptional in their effort to honor this standard.

Dr Paylor and his staff make trips to the dentist a pleasant and painless experience. They are super friendly and make you feel right at home. Shout out to my hygienist Lia - she's the best!!

I was immediately greeted with smiles and a great staff. It was my first visit but it felt like I was a long time member. My tech and I enjoyed getting to know each other and then I met the greatest doctor. They took great care of me and I think I finally found a comfortable place to call my dentist.

We have had great experiences with Dr. Paylor and West Arvada Family Dental. Previous dentists we visited often used scare tactics to “recommend” having possibly unnecessary procedures done. We have never felt such pressure from Dr. Paylor. The staff is welcoming and professional. And it’s great that we can support a locally owned business, and someone who lives in our neighborhood.

This is my second time at West Arvada Family Dental. Dr. Paylor and Liana, the Hygienist provide excellent and friendly service. The office staff is friendly and courteous. This is for sure will be my permanent office. Thank you all for being so wonderful.
