The owner Jared has such an extensive knowledge of craft wines and one of the best selections of curated imported wines I've seen in Colorado! He's also super friendly and does great tastings and bulk orders for events!! If you're in the area definitely stop by f9r your beverage needs.

We recently moved to Arvada and, as we have four dogs, we quickly discovered the West Arvada Dog Park, not knowing that we were passing the absolutely wonderful West Woods Wine and Spirits. You only have to take one step inside to realize that these folks know what they’re doing. Excellent selection of craft beers (and, yes, the more popular ones), and a distinctive selections of wines at affordable price points. These people know how to run a shop! Cheers!

Jared (owner) is super personable and meets many customers. They’ve got a great selection with many niche products, old world wines, and beers from GABF?! He’s got connections and will order from around the world. Oh, and they’re quick to offer my daughter a lollipop, with discreet permission of course 😉 Thanks all at West Woods Wine & Spirits.

In town from Texas and visiting friends. Came into this store and I’m beyond pleased. It’s extremely refreshing to know there are people that work within liquor stores that are very knowledgeable of their products. I had a wonderful conversation with one of the workers there.

Great neighborhood liquor store, with a selection and as well stocked as the big box stores! But you won’t get the exceptional service in the big box liquor store or eapecially a grocery store as you’ll get at West Woods Wine & Spirits.
He has an army of staff and everyone is always so helpful and SO knowledgable!
You can shop alone without being bothered, or look up with that questioning look on your face, and one of the many staff will be there to offer you assistance and/or make great recommendations. Love this place!

10 out of 10 recommend West Woods. Jared is fabulous and always helps me pick out great wine, goes above and beyond to stock items that he knows I like. I also enjoy all the reps coming in for tastings as well. Everyone here is knowledgable and helpful and I go there far too often! haha.

Great selection of craft beers at the same price as total wine or the brewery itself! And always the friendliness staff. They also have beer from the Midwest that I cannot find anywhere else

The owners here know their booze and can help you find what you're looking for. If they don't have it, they'll be happy to order it for you no problem! They get some pretty rare beer here too, you might have to ask for it, but that's part of the fun of the hunt! Definitely worth a stop if you want to find something new or you're looking for that hard to find bottle.

Great local liquor store, the owner is engaged, cares about his clients and his reputation. He’s made great recommendations for me with bourbons and just fun drinks to try. The ownership change has made this feel like a small town business. Go support them! Love the vibe here

This place has really made a turnaround with the new owner. The inventory and selection are much improved and even has good allocations. The owner is very knowledgeable and ready to help if you need suggestions. WWW&S has gone from afterthought to first stop for our whiskey, beer, wine, and canned cocktail shopping in Arvada..

New owner is great! He has added a great selection of whiskey, rum, and tequila! The wine selection is awesome as well! He is very knowledgeable and willing to teach you about alcohol. If what you want is not in the store, he will order it for you if it’s available.

The few guys that work in here are masked up and are very pleasant. Sophisticated and knowledgeable about the selection and inventory or their products. I asked about if there was such a thing as a locally crafted bourbon and they were able to offer a few selections. A little too pricey for me at the moment, definitely not out of reach though. The one clerk really lit up when we started talking about the bourbons or it could have been the locally made stuff. Either way, awesome selection of distilled spirits, pleasant, professional, and funny (not like clowns) employees. I always have a great time when I stop there. Stop by here first if you're looking to do a theme type party and need some options and these guys and gals can offer up a few different solutions to help you make that great first impression if that's what you are looking to do. Awesome staff and great selection - New owner is very experienced and is willing to get any special customer requests! Since October he has really ramped up the Beer, Wine, and Whiskey! Alot of product you wont find anywhere else, best store in the area! Only store I shop at now

I had a great experience at this store. I have recently started drinking wine and didn't know a thing about what I wanted. The staff made great suggestions and helped me find what I needed. It is very clean and they have a great selection! Glad this is my neighborhood store
