This was my first visit. The entire staff was friendly and professional. They got me in within 2 weeks. The dentist assistant and hygienist were kind and excellent. Dr Jill was so friendly. She took her time to review my imaging and discuss possible future plans. She didn’t immediately jump to unnecessary, expensive treatment. She was so personable and caring. I’m really happy with my new dental team

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in years due to shame I received from people experiences. This staff and dentist made me feel excited and proud to go to the cleanings and get my teeth in better shape. I will recommend New Era to anyone who cares to listen. Thank you so much for making patients feel safe and secure when the dentist is so anxiety inducing

Dr Dery is amazing! I recently left my last dentist and have been looking for a new skilled dentist that I can trust. She is thorough and very good with her patients. She explains what she is doing before she does it. I found a new dentist I can trust. Great office!!!

They were great from the receptionist to the dentist. They were very caring and gentle . It was a great atmosphere and they will be my dentist from here going forward. I am thankful for them because I have always been nervous when it comes to the dentist, but not this time. It was amazing .

I loved everything about this dentist office. The staff is friendly. The hygienist was gentle and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. The dentist is approachable and took the time to sit and discuss all treatment options with no pressure. I will continue to use their services going forward.

My family and I have been patients at New Era Dental for at least 10 years. First with Dr. Tom and the Dr. Jill. The services have always been top notch, full ranges of services and great customer service. Dental care is so important and I trust Dr. Jill and her team with my families health.

Emergency visit to address a tooth gone bad needing to be extracted. Dr. Derry took a quick visual look and x-ray and confirmed what I suspected. She suggested if I could wait a few days, she could pull the tooth and add some bone replacement material which could make having a replacement implant more likely to be successful in the near future after everything healed up. I agreed to this treatment. On the day of, Dr. Derry and her assistant were very patient in answering all of my questions and explaining exactly how the procedure would go. Everything went off surprisingly quickly and without a hitch or discomfort (less the Novocain stick in the gum to deaden everything prior to the extraction). Dr. Derry has an excellent chair side manner and I can confidently recommend her to anyone, especially those like me that are apprehensive of dentistry such that it leads to lapses in regular visits. I'm quite certain I will be seeing her and New Era Dental again on a regular basis to get my teeth and gums back to where the need to be.

Very pleased with the experience. Hygienists were gentle and thorough and Dr. Jill was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining an upcoming procedure.

This is a very nice dental practice. Dr. Jill brings a ton of positive energy with her, and is a very good dentist. They can handle most dental work, and are not afraid to give referrals for the few things they do not do in house.

This is an awesome dentist office, clean, updated building, friendly and professional staff, priced in network with most insurance companies, updated treatment, technology, and equipment. Dr. Jill listened to my concerns, questions, and history of my previous oral work.

The treatment and care they provide gives you comfort and confidence knowing they know what they are doing and the end results will be a Great Smile.
