Absolutely great experience with Dr. Nigel Barner. He is very kind, calm, knowledgeable, and well researched doctor. The office staff is very efficient, the waiting room is very clean, and they get you into a room very quickly. I am very happy I found them as my new primary care!

This location has really turned itself around. I would have rated it a 1 before the new staff and physicians. Now, I cannot recommend Dr Nigel Barner enough!

I have only been into the actual office a few times but the system they have during covid is really great! Super organized and easy to use! Highly recommend! the nurse checks you into the video chat and then the practitioner gets on shortly after. I love that they can do doctor appointments virtually its extremely convenient and is faster then actually going to the office.

As a new patient I was admittedly very surprised with the time and thoughtful care I received at my appointment. My previous experiences at health facilities have usually felt rushed, so this was such a pleasant surprise for me. Also, everyone was extremely nice and I trusted their expertise. Thank you!

Heidi Warner is the best!! I will work with her forever, she’s fantastic. The office and medical staff, are very friendly and kind. This practice has created a professional, and comfortable environment for their patients. I’ve been very happy with my experience there.

Staff is friendly and efficient. I love my doctor and all of her assistants are very nice as well.

I especially like having the ability to communicate with my doctor and/or her assistant, who are very busy, via e-mail through the portal. I can also check any other information about my records.

I love Dr. Brumbaugh, she is genuinely the best doctor I’ve gone to. I have always felt very stressed and uncomfortable going to doctors, but she is very easy to talk to and explains things perfectly. She never makes me feel like she views me simply as her next appointment. She takes interest in my life and explores many different possibilities as to what may be the root of certain health issues. I would highly recommend her, she’s great.

We’ve been patients of Dr. Atkins for years and have always loved her. This was my first telehealth visit, though, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was so happy with how everything went! The staff was super efficient, my visit with Dr. Atkins was great, and the convenience of the whole process was amazing. Kudos to their office for adapting to our current Covid situation so well.

She is thorough, kind, courteous and very respectful in all of my appointments. I hope I never have to change physicians again because of her.

I have had Dr. Patricia Brumbaugh as my PCP for 30+ years and absolutely love her! She is thorough, professional, and personable, and spends time with me; doesn't rush in and out! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new family doctor!

This is a wonderful office and I'm so glad I found them. I've had negative experiences with doctors in the past, and was struggling to seek help after an accident two years ago because I didn't want to go through those things again. Every employee here is so kind and empathetic; I never feel judged or nervous to come in. Even after moving away from Golden I make the drive out here. Thank you all so much for what you do.

My last visit was by teleconference. It was extremely convenient and thorough. The follow-up for blood work only took a few minutes in the office. Dr.Atkins was amazing -- as usual. I love this method and expect to use teleconference even while traveling.

I’ve seen Rachel Hills, MD for 3 years. She also seems my children, 1 since an infant, and the other since age 3. I think she is an outstanding care provider. She’s thoughtful, open minded, flexible, she looks at a whole picture rather than jumping to an immediate conclusion. I had nearly written off MDs simply because I don’t appreciate the traditional approach to care. But I would say Rachel is unique, easy to talk to and I LOVE that she knows almost the whole family (my husband sees someone else) and takes all of the variables into consideration. She was a champion for breastfeeding, believes in health over standard size charts, and was always open to discussing how and when to administer vaccines for safety and our families comfort. Regarding the practice— I would add that the support staff are really on the ball. Before I had a child with complex medical needs I had NO IDEA how important kind, efficient, and capable support staff are. They are always friendly and they know what they are doing, and despite my late tendencies they’ve always been great about sending records as needed right away. I can’t say enough good things. I’ve been to a NWP and had a terrible experience and had I known before I went they were NWP I probably would have missed out on Dr. Hills and the all the support staff.

Experiencing my first virtual wellness physical, I was a little concerned. I am happy to report it exceeded my expectations! I had a list of questions and concerns that were readily addressed with Dr. Hills and she spent quite a bit of time both educating me on health matters and giving constructive input to me that I can realistically implement. I truly had a great experience.

Although it can take a week or so to get an appointment, the staff is great and the doctors are the best. Since Implementing some changes based on patient feedback, I've always been seen exactly at my appt time AND never rushed for them to get to the next. They are thorough, compassionate and supportive.

I got there at my appointment time and had only barely sat down in the waiting room when I was called. The staff was friendly and efficient. My doctor was right on time, never rushed me. They had a new "Fly On The Wall scribe with a computer on a stand to take notes so the doctor could focus on me instead of writing things down. Good visit.

Rebecca is absolutely amazing. I finally found someone that listens to me, speaks honestly and openly with me, and wants what's best for me. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to the X-ray tech is outstanding. So friendly and professional! I can honestly say this practice is outstanding all the way around!!!

Dr. Hills has been my PCP since 2018 and she is wonderful! She explains everything so clearly and patiently and I always feel like she is ON TOP of my health! The office is organized and the front desk staff and MAs are top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great doctor visit experience - doctor spent quality time listening and discussing everything going on health-wise with me. Test results are given very quickly and they stay on top of all current and potential issues. Very happy with the personal service and attention to detail I receive from Dr. Brumbaugh and her staff.

Front office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Technicians were also friendly. Dr.Hills was great as well. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, but i did not feel rushed. Honestly the best doctor visit experience ever.
