As a single mom of two little children, with only one vehicle, when Larry H Miller Ford told me it would two months before they could even look at my car, the anxiety kicked in. However, finally my appointment day came and when I dropped it off, I expressed my concerns with Kevin and he immediately reassured me. He took the time to explain the process and solidify open communication. After a few days I tried checking in and I must say the answering service is beyond frustrating. If they aren’t going to allow you to wait on hold to speak with your service advisor they should at least tell you before sending you to voicemail. So many times the answering service sent me to the wrong voicemail. Kevin caught on quickly what was happening and started calling me with updates. I’m so grateful for him and so appreciative of his amazing customer service skills. He definitely talked me out of a few panic attacks. He was there when I went to pick up my car. He ran through the entire service report with me and explained it all so that I understood exactly what work was done and how much it cost. Thank you Kevin!

The outsourced scheduling service was a total disaster- actually gave me a different persons information and scheduled the appointment for his car and in his name with my phone number and email- when I called the scheduling service to fix it, they told me just to show at my Ford dealership at the scheduled time and the dealership would fix it. When I arrived at the dealership at 7am on Monday, they had no record of my appointment (I had email confirmation) but they were very kind and gracious. The woman who checked me in and the man who arranged to work me into the schedule never once let their frustration influence our interaction. They worked me in and my car was fixed by Thursday.

Scheduling is easy, though they run out a month or so. The drop off is always easy, and the service area is clean. This is my 6th year with Larry Miller and they haven't done me wrong. They call to check on any service items before doing work, and are up front and so far honest about any work I've needed.

I like the work they do as well as the great service.

The wiper arm on my F350 failed and I was headed out of town and running late, decided to stop in before getting on I70. Parts department had exactly what I needed and the gentlemen in service (with no appointment or call ahead) took the time to make sure I got it installed and everything was working. Thank you guys!

I received excellent services. The Service Advisor, Eric, was both knowledgeable and courteous. He offered me transportation from and to the dealership once I told him my puppy just had surgery and I didn’t want to leave her too long.

I bought a 2018 Dodge Ram from Emily here. She and the entire Staff were very curtious. They all worked with me to make sure I was treated well, and that I got a excellent deal. I had previously bought a 2016 Rubicon Wrangled Unlimited 2 weeks prior from them. I was happy when I bought it, but became very disappointed with it shortly after. The entire Staff made sure I was totally satisfied with the new ram and the deal I received. Emily is super sales representative and if you decide to go here I would personally ask for her. make sure to call ahead and make a appointment.

Larry Miller Ford is our vehicle maintenance team. We have used them for years. The service representative was friendly, professional and very helpful. He kept us well-informed and documented all of our service needs. He even added a new service need for our vehicle. We are fully satisfied with our service. Sean went out of his way to get us in and out on a Saturday in a short window of time. We were in a bind, as we had to pick up our nephew at DIA in 3 hours, but a warning light had come on and our 2015 C-Max Hybrid was having intermittent problems with ignition. Sean said bring it in and we’ll take a look. The service department was slammed, but he managed to get us in, and the techs were able to troubleshoot the problem, replace the battery, take a nail out of the tire and patch it, and take care of the oil change we had scheduled for a few days later, saving us a trip. We got to the airport just in time thanks to Sean and the service team. Really appreciate the great customer service and immediate, thorough attention!

Brought my car in with a loose bearing and a broken fuel valve. Kevin my service provider for it all covered by my warranty- took an hour to talk with then in the phone- and took the time to explain everything to me. Service times and call backs were slow but that’s a reality everywhere now. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who goes to Larry Miller Lakewood Ford service department.

Always had a good experience here and have been taken care of very well. The 3 for $165 full synthetic oil change deal is fantastic as well. My 210k mile f150 is in great hands here. Very happy and would recommend.

Admittedly this was my 3rd visit for a slow leak in a tire. With that said, Tess was my primary contact and she was very professional and communicated extremely well. They eventually fixed the problem and the experience was very good overall.

We went in to purchase view a vehicle, having made prior contact with Jason. They went to the trouble arranging a few vehicles with our requirements and budget in mind.
They helped us to get a good result in a relaxed and no pressure scenario. What I appreciated was their ability to actually listen. They also appeared to work well together as a team in terms of being able to assist us.

Blaine is a huge asset to your service department. He is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.

Also a big shout out to Kevin, the service drive manager. He was “key” in getting a part I needed when the parts department had failed to return my calls.
I was about to give up on Larry Miller Ford.
The exceptional customer service displayed by Blaine and Kevin has convinced me to be a repeat customer.

I like coming here but hate how fast they are quick to be done with you. I asked for an estimate on a 60k service and was given a pamphlet which narrowly addresses service needed and price for my vehicle. The express advisor was unsure of what actually needed to be done. Frustrating when I’m trying to give them business.

They took me as a walk in for my oil change. They were already busy but they still got it done same day even though I told them tomorrow would be acceptable. It was much easier to get it picked up today, ahead of the snow storm. Thank you!

John and his crew didn't just fix what the diagnostic code told them fixed. They took the time to find the first Head Temperature sensor replaced by another out of state shop missed the short in main wire harness causing truck alarm to go off. The electrical failures were caused by the original failed leaking sensor. This problem took time and expert experience to find the on going problems caused by the initial failure. I can't say thank you to John and his crew enough. I bought my truck from the same dealership and will continue to bring my truck for future preventative maintenance and repairs. Thank you for getting my 2006 Ford truck back on the road. You can trust your vehicle will receive top notch care for reasonable prices.

I have used FORD Service for more than 7years now, was at Larry Miller Lakewood to change oil and check activity of rodent trying to build a nest and possible damage to the engine.
In all my 7 years , this technician has been the best. He shown interest to the challenge and was very courteous. My 5 star is an honest service remarks.

They were short on staff. They originally told me it would take an hour so I decided to wait for it. 3 and a half hours later and they still weren't done . I decided to reschedule for the rest. This was B.S. but they were professional about it and I know it isn't their fault. They did knock the price of my bill down for having to wait. I will use them again just won't wait there next time.
