McDonald's

Normally we avoid McDonald's, however, it was a quick stop while we were out and about and I'm not disappointed. This location is remodeled very nicely and my 8 year old said "it's like we're visiting the future. And we didn't even need to talk to anyone." Obviously the food is the same, but the quality of the restaurant made the stop enjoyable!

Did drive thru on the app, so atmosphere doesn't really apply. Service quick, reasonably priced and quick.

Excellent Italian cuisine.
Our server was incredible. We were well taken care of and had an enjoyable experience. Not the typical "tourist" service some places provide here in Frisco.

Staff didn't want to help me when I was waiting at the front counter. They just ignored me and I had to wait 20 minutes

Logan was very nice in the drive thru, and managers Corina and Sandra were fantastic with coaching the crew! Great service!!!

Good place to get your grub on. Always have friendly staffing and good cooks in the kitchen. The building is nice on the outside and extremely clean on the inside. If you're in the area you should stop by to get a drink and food.

All I got was the biggest fries they had. I just wanted an after school treat with my daughter. It was better than I could have imagined. It was the best Irish restaurant I've ever been to.

Stopped in for a pickup and I have to say this McDonald's is absolutely space-age.

Very clean and slick lobby, sliding glass doors, multiple digital ordering kiosks.

Very clean for 9pm except for some kids playing with ketchup packets in the corner.

Teenage employees took an extra minute to come talk to me but were friendly and helpful and all remained masked, which is probably appropriate at this juncture for a fast food establishment.

Appears to be an excellent location, franchisee/manager should be proud.

Good location, short wait times and great customer service. Especially on my most recent visit! My morning was made all the better by a gal in the drive through by the name Jennifer! She was especially kind and cheery and that can truly make all the difference in a customers day. Will be coming to this location from now on. Thank you!

Bryan at the second window at 12am on Nov. 25th was extremely professional and polite after we had an ordering issue at the first window. He quickly and easily resolved the problem in a fair and efficient manner. Havnt had this level of customer service and care in such a long time. Awesome job by this guy! Very satisfied and will be returning due to the service if nothing else.

This McDonald's deserves 5 stars because they were kind enough to confirm that my order was right when I payed and then encouraged me to check and make sure it was right at the window. It doesn't seem like much but more often then not fast food places make you feel like cattle being herded so it went a long way to me!

I always appreciate the staff time the staff puts into their interactions with me. I always feel bad that I'm probably annoying but they treat me with respect and I move along. I always genuinely appreciate it!

The young associate when saw me lost while creating the order at kiosk, he volunteered his assistant. It was a very pleasant experience and more so coming from a young associate! He must to have had a very good trainer.

Computers went down. Cash only. They assured all guests it was cash only. (Yes! You should definitely repeat!) They took every order on paper, and read the order back to the driver to assure accuracy. Upon arriving at the window, they re- read the correct order, charged correctly and offered unnecessary compensation. I wish people were more understanding.

You could tell they were defeated. Jose and the rest of the staff were exhausted but they handled it amazingly. Cheers to this crew.

We go thru drive thru and come inside regularly.

I just went to McDonald's drive thru right now and I can honestly proudly say that this location has the BEST customer service, they're very quick on the order and on top of that super friendly!!! ☺Thank you Alejandra and Elijah for being so genuinely nice! Keep up the great work!!

Ok, I would typically not review a McDonald's, you kind of know what you are getting when you go to one and that is why you either go or don't go. Well I thought I would give a review on this location because the people here have always been better than the typical McDonald's, but the real reason for my review is that this new remodel is really nice. It's only the second day it's open and it's very modern and dare I say welcoming for a fast food restaurant. Great job on the remodel and keep up the service.

My family and I always experiences the best service at this location. Tonight My 3 year old had his heart set on a specific toy. And instead of pushing me and my crying 3 year old away. An employee asked me what toy he would like instead. This is over and beyond what I would have expected. This is great staff!

Great staff and clean sitting area, with A/C, tv's playing the news, and touch-screen consoles to occupy the kids momentarily. Food is fast as usual and the double-drive thru is nice. Overall better than average compared to most other McDonald's restaurants.
